Irrespective of location and currency, the user needs to deposit through BTC/USDT in the wallet. In case the user is paying through their debit/credit/any other payments, the currency should be automatically converted to BTC and then only it will be deposited into the wallet.

Please make sure that you are using php 7.4 version, with the higher php versions there could be some unexpected issues. In addition, it is recommended to re-check by deactivating the child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all extra third-party plugins as well

We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

The default demo import HomePage depends on the Virtual Coin Widgets elements by default. If you are going to use the theme without this plugin, you will need to create a new home page and manually create the page without the elements of this plugin

In admin there is not option to update both navigation as different, now same navigation showing in top and main navigation. I m talking about isometric demo. If you want I can show you by meeting or you can check my new website. When I m checking one nav another one also changing. Before it demo importing was working absolutely fine, Have you used any condition so old buyer will not able to get updates until renew support license?

There is no need to renew support to get updates for the theme. If you purchased the theme you will be able to update the theme without extra payments.
