No help, no reply. Dont buy this if you wanna create a One Page website. It doesnt work well.

Creo que hay un error en el código de la web, cuando agregamos descripcion en el portafolio desaparece, escribimos a soporte en 3 de Marzo y hemos tenido respuesta sobre el problema o solución.

Great theme, so many customisable options to get the site i want. And the support is great! I even bought it again for another site.

I've rated this with to stars at first due to 2 main reasons: bad customer support (really slow, with vague responses) and the theme itself is really slow (i have other sites on the same hosting and, for example, the dashboard of CUFO is, by far, the slowest of all, making sometimes you desperate in front of your computer), and with light documentation (and, guess what, if you dont understand something or something is missing, you have to contact the slowest customer support i've ever seen). But now i'm taking it to one star because the author, when read my rating (btw, another customer is angry about the same), hi call me liar instead of using this feedback to improve its theme. Ok, i'm a liar who spends his money just to make false reviews... but trust me, this is my first bad review on themeforest since i started buying templates here in 2012...

This is the last email of 3 emails I've sent to your team and haven't got any replies. Nick got back to me without any solution regarding my logo's disappearance even though I never changed a single thing on my website. I also sent an attachment with the inspection page showing the probable problem. I am not a coder or web developer so I cannot do it on my own. I know my support is expired but this has nothing to do with me, the logo crashed all of a sudden. So obviously there is a problem with the Goddard Theme. It is very rude not getting back to your customers. For this past month I don't have a logo showing on my website. Please fix it!

Can you please get back to me about this? Please read my previous emails and note that the problem has nothing to do with secondary logo. The logo crash started all of a sudden, I didn’t do changes on my website. After I saw that my logo is crashing I only removed and put back the logo and I did it many times. Please pay attention to the attachment. You guys know best and I am sitting here without my logo not appearing for a very long time.

Also even you guys stated under support tab that you are going to update visual composer plus page builder 6 months ago but it is still the same.

Please if you are busy, can someone from Royal Flush team reply to this email?
