The subtitle text is hidden on mobile by default.
You can display it with custom css below:

Hi,
I’ve got a problem with installing the theme. I uploaded the curly.zip file as a theme in wordpress, after that there a notice:
‘Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Curly Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.’
When I press on ‘Curly dashboard’ to fill in the purchase code to activate the theme there’s a error ‘You don’t have permission to view this page’. Really annoyin, never had this before with installing any theme in wordpress.
I already tried below: - Make a new user with admin rights. - Update and downgrade PHP version. - Deleted the wordpress installation and installed it again. - Error in Wordpress 6.1.1 and 6.2
Please help how to solve this problem so i can activate the Curly theme.

Have you installed plugins included with the theme? After you install the theme you should navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and install and activate plugins listed there one by one (please do not install all plugins at once as a bulk action as this may create conflict).

Presale Question: I will like to have a booking appointment on the site with payment enabled via paypal. Is this possible? It needs to have the service being booked, the staff member responsible for the service, available date and time with specific prices and then being able to pay on the site.

I’ve been using this Theme for over 2 years now and no problems. It’s been great!
I’ve updated Theme and all plugins recently, and my MENU and FOOTER contents are no longer being displayed. Is this a known bug?
I’ve deactivated all the plugins and the issue remained.
I’d be fine paying for extended support but everything was working ok before so I’m pretty sure it’s a bug with the Theme.

I use Elementor Pro … I temporarily disabled it and found that my MENU and FOOTER re-appeared. So there is an incompatibility with the current versions of Curly Theme and Elementor Pro. Can you look into this please. Thanks, Steven
I use Elementor Pro in other websites using other Themes and I don’t have this issue. I could ask Elementor Pro support but as this issue is specific to Curly Theme I think it’s better that you work with Elementor. Thanks, Steven

This answer doesn’t really make sense from a business angle. All of this worked before. I use the MENU and FOOTER of Curly Options. Right now I don’t know if it’s the updated Curly Theme, Curly Core, or updated Elementor Pro plugin that has created the problem. Is it possible for you to provide me with the previous versions of Curly Theme and Core. I will ask the Elementor Pro team to do the same and I will do ALL of the work for you and report back. It should not be my responsibility but then it’s necessary for me because right now my client’s website is broken and I need to take some responsibility for that. Regards Steven

Found the issue. Twitter plugin (even though one doesn’t use it) must be installed, otherwise it causes elementor to crash, when you upgrade to php 8.
