This Curly theme is exquisitely designed, I have used it for over 5 years now and have not one complaint. The support team is phenomenal! They are quick to reply, give clear instructions and go above and beyond to help. Thank you for being absolute legends!!

Great assistance. Quick and competent.
I never write a review but i want to warn you guys, dont buy this theme. I mean, it looks really nice and all but it just sucks to built on. Not only the theme but also wpbakery is the worst.
I am not even joking when i say ive sent out over a 100 messages to the customer support about things i wanted to change but i couldnt myself. Those tickets were not only incapabilities of me to custom code, but also bugs in the back-end on their part.
Because the theme does look really nice i will give it a 2 star instead of a 1 star, but just so you know, i wouldnt recommend it.

Great and simple
I'm satisfied with this theme, easy to customize. However it is an important point for the SEO, the Home Page doesn't have a H1 title. My client chose the Main Home demo and it is the same thing for the others demos.
You should fix this bug to improve the SEO.

Although I bought a license, "Your copy of the theme has not been activated." appears again and again in the dashboard. I have to pay to contact support. cheat pack.

You do certainly not have to pay for support for these kind of issues.
As it is indicated within the Dashboard you should know that Curly theme requires registration and this can be handled through Curly Dashboard > registration, you can read more about it here
Also if your theme is already registered it can be that you forgot to update the Core plugin. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
If you still need assistance with this you are more than welcome to send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will check this.

Excellent theme and probably the best possible support! They solve any issues and any problems very quickly.
Cannot even install the theme, it makes me activate the theme but when I input my purchase code it says invalid code.
