You do certainly not have to pay for support for these kind of issues.
As it is indicated within the Dashboard you should know that Curly theme requires registration and this can be handled through Curly Dashboard > registration, you can read more about it here

Also if your theme is already registered it can be that you forgot to update the Core plugin. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

If you still need assistance with this you are more than welcome to send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will check this.

Hi there,

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article - How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. As mentioned in article, updating theme via Envato Market plugin may sometimes cause issues by overwriting some crucial files on occasion, or simply not uploading a part of the update package. This is the reason we always recommend updating the theme via the FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

It's important that you also update all of the bundled plugins when the theme is updated. After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
