Does this theme support RTL?

Hi.

Obviously, people using your theme for a live site aren’t going to want to add demo data once the site is up.​

How do we completely remove the buttons at the top of all admin pages to ‘install Demo data’ ? Likewise, there is a link under the Appearance menu to do so as well, which is added by your trx_addons plugin.

I can put code in the child ​theme functions.php file to override the ‘custom_made_admin_notice’ but it really ought to be an admin theme option someplace I can just shut off. I’m guessing I just can’t find this option somewhere.

Hi,

Pre-sale questions: Is it possible to assign individual image to the options of metal type in the product page, so when the visitor click on a desired metal, a relevant image will front in the main image.

For products that are not customizable, is it possible to hide the diamond shape, metal type & style options or even better hide each of them on a case to case basis?

Sure. Woocommerce plugin that is included in the package allows adding an individual image for each product variation.

You can choose whether the product is simple or variable (with options). Thus, you can remove options that are not required – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

Hello, I am having an issue with pricing displays on this site as of late where the prices inputted on WooCommerce on the backend are not showing correctly on the front end.

I see that someone else had this problem via the comment section however you did not show the solution you provided to them.

This pricing works fine when switched to other themes and the issue still happens with just your theme and WooCommerce activated with all othe plugins deactivated.

Shouldn’t have to pay for support for this basic functionality.

Appreciate your help with this as it is somewhat urgent to have this resolved. Thanks!

Hello, I got this theme off of the elements.envato subscription service they have. All was working fine until I recently noticed the issue with the decimal points not showing correctly on the shop page. Instead of 3.49 it’s showing as 349 – its all correct in checkout just not on the main shop page. How do i fix this?

Good Morning. I’m trying to find out a way to customize the product detail template in WooCommerce. I just need to reposition the product title from being in the solid color underneath the header image to displaying the product title near the “Add to Cart” button. I want the product title to be closer to the description, product image, etc. It’s too far up top. Where in the theme would I go to modify this product detail template?

Hi, the theme has a bug, if I set 2 decimals then it removes them just if I set 1 then it’s ok. But the customer asks me 2. How can I fix it? I can’t open the ticket because my support has expired but I don’t ask for support I ask for a theme that works. Thanks.

Hello, I’ve just installed the theme and there’s a bug… the prices are displayed WITHOUT decimal separator (, or .), so €59,50 is displayed €5950… even in backend.

Hello. I bought this theme through https://elements.envato.com as I have a subscription that I pay for monthly and your theme was packaged as one of the themes I could download and use. I’m having some challenges with getting Visual Composer to show up when I go to edit pages. Can I get some help. I have tried the following:

1. Tried to deactivate the Gutenberg Editor 2. I tried to install classic editor plugin and tried to override Gutenberg no luck 3. I tried to update the Visual Composer (WPBakery) plugin I’m using to the most recent and bought a license for it, no luck.

I’m trying to be able to edit my pages in Wordpress and see my elements and blocks by using WPBakery Visual Computer to do that, no Gutenberg editor. Also I can’t see TEXT edit mode (code-view) on the page editor when I click the tab “Text” in the editor area to switch my view?

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Also when I tried to submit a ticket on your support website it’s asking for a purchase key. I wouldn’t have that since I bought it through https://elements.envato.com. Thanks in advance for your help.
