Hi there, I also get way to much spam from the form – we NEED captcha, I am very surprised your dev team would create a form with no captcha. This is a very bad practice and makes me question your dev team and your dedication to your clients. because it makes the form useless. Also, how do I update to the latest version? I am stuck at 3.1 – I recommend no one purchases this template until captcha is added to the form -

Planning on purchasing this in the coming days. I’ll be making a mock website for a friend using this theme and then migrating everything to his server once everything is completed.

Will this be an issue for licensing?

Also, will there be an option or a method to modify / adjust the transition speed of the parallax effect?

No, this will not be an issue for licensing.

There is an option to activate the plugin on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it is installed now.

Also, you can modify/adjust the transition speed of the parallax effect by writing a custom code. Our support team can help you by providing the code and instruction to use.

PHP Error in the page editor

I’ve just purchased the CVIT | Multipurpose Personal Portfolio theme and installed the theme and Demo. There is some error in the page editor of the demo Home page (Warning: Attempt to read property “ID” on null in /data01/virt105977/domeenid/www…./htdocs/wp-content/plugins/cvit-core/cmb2-ext/cmb2ext-init.php on line 133).

I’d like support (but the link to your support page only goes to your support policy).

I built my site on a temp domain via Bluehost. I registered my theme there using my purchase code.

Bluehost then switched my site to my custom domain.

The registration did not carry over. I can’t access the temp domain anymore to un-register.

Now I am unable to register the theme on my new domain.

How do I release the registration from the temp domain (which I can’t access)?

Hi !

I created my WordPress website. I validated the license and I successfully imported the example data. Once I send all the file to my web server (OVH), and after the database import, the project il loosing the license (I have to validate it again). When I set the license code, the following error occurs :

cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

I contacted OVH, and after investigation they said that it is not OVH that is blocking the Curl.

Could you help me to validate the license ?

Hello, I am getting a problem with the https scanning the website using padlock, “An image with an insecure url of “http://themelooks.us/demo/cvit/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/project-01.jpg” was loaded on line: 745 of https://abdigitaldesign.uk/. This URL will need to be updated to use a secure URL for your padlock to return.”

When I load the website the certificate show as not secure because the website (theme) is trying to load content from that external website. Can you tell me where I can update or remove the links that cause mixed content issues? Regards

For your kind information, a purchase code/license is for only using one active domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory. To activate the theme on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it installed now or you could buy another license to use the theme separately in a separate domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory.
