Hi there, two questions: 1. the ‘WPBakery Page Builder’ plugin has a security vulnerability (Wordfence scan). Can we get an update to the patched version (6.13.0) or higher? 2. Is the theme compatible with WordPress 6.3?

Hi,
I would like to update WPBakery.
Currently I’m using the Cynic theme V 1.16.2 and WPBakery 6.3.0, but I want to update WPbakery to 6.11.0. How can I do this?
I’ve tried to delete the plugin and install it againg via Appearance > Install Plugins. But then it installs version 6.3.0 again.
PS: my support licence has ended, but I assume I should get help with this as it is essential to keep my website safe and secure.

Hi there! I am trying to turn of smooth scroll. Can you help? I have this error on my website when trying to submit form:
“Uncaught TypeError: target0 is undefined smoothScroll themes/cynic/js/illustration/main.js Probably theme smoothScroll functionality is causing that. Please disable this functionality under theme options if you can or ask theme author for help with that”.

Our theme package is updated with the latest version of Pro plugins when they are released.
You will need to re-download the theme package from ThemeForest to get the updated plugin. You will find the updated plugin in the “plugins” folder.
Or
You can also remove the plugin from your dashboard and reinstall it. Then you will get the updated version.
Note: We will provide the latest version of the bundled plugin as soon as it’s been tested with our theme.

So I’ve deleted WPBakery from my plugins.
But now I can’t find WPBakery when I search for plugins in WP (seems that it is only downloadable).
So I’ve redownloaded your theme from Themeforest, but in the folder Plugins I dont’ see WPBakery. I only see:
cynic-features.zip js_composer.zip meta-box-group.zip revslider.zip

Never mind, I found it in my WP dashboard under Appearance -> Install plugins. Now it’s updated to 6.3.0.
Unfortunately the update gave me multiple problems on my website, so I restored a back up. I hope your next update for WPBakery will work flawless with your theme.

The support is back online. You don’t need to input metabox or wpbakery license. It’s pre installed with the theme. You can ignore the activation notice.
