The Purchase Code has expired. But the client did not use the site for a whole year. He just now resumed work on it.

It seems that there is a JS issue on your website. Apparently due to “yandex” plugin. Try to deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to find out which one is causing this. ( Please note that we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. )

I’ve tried disabling all plugins. Problem still exists. We do not have a Yandex plugin. We have Yandex social media buttons and a Yandex visit counter. I removed them, but the problem persists.

“missed opportunities hurts the most” beautiful theme but useless with speed index..

Some specific demo features such as the theme browser panel on the right can lower speed test rates, but the site loads pretty fast.

How that theme is compatible with other Variable product plugins? for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/variable-product/ etc.? p.s. i already checked info on your documentation.

Unfortunately we are not able to test the theme with all these plugin and set a custom style for each. But they should work out of the box.
The theme is made to work with WooCommerce Variation Swatches https://wordpress.org/plugins/variation-swatches-for-woocommerce/ I hope it helps.

Hello, There is an issue in “Portfolio”. When i update each portfolio items there is an empty custom field “rs_page_bg_color” which is added and it comes back even if i delete it. It appears in the front layout too. Thank you for the support.

Hello, i tried to import demo data but there is an inifinite loop during installation. I tried both method : One Click Demo Importer and Manually demo importation. Without any success. How can i do ? Thank you.

It can a bit long to import the demo content. You should wait until it is done, it can take like 15mn sometimes.

I am following the steps provided for Import Demo Data. with Wordpress Importer v2 plugin as instructed. But it says file should be less than 2MB and the file provided by you is more than that. So unable to upload.
Poorly managed.. Why the demo theme is not preset when i import the theme in wordpress. Need to put lot of effort to get things in place and that to facing lot of issue in that..
