Dairy Farm is a beautifully designed theme for agriculture. It offers a lot of possibilities - almost too many, which makes it a bit complex in the beginning. But once you understand how to customize the theme, it's fantastic. An extra praise for the support - fast and competent.

Visually appealing theme, until you try to customise it. Installing demo content was more than just one click and was a punish in itself, process AND instructions could be a lot better. Applying customisations is slow and constantly requires user to clear browser cache to actually be able to see effect. Also requires TWO page builders to make layouts look like demo which is unnecessarily complicated and again makes working with theme slow. Gave up trying to work with this theme and bought a different one. As such applied for a refund but nothing yet... just wasted my money :-(

We are saddened to receive such a review from you as we have not received any tickets from you regarding dummy data installation issues. Any difficulties with 1-click dummy data installation are connected only with your server settings. They should meet the theme requirements available in the theme documentation available on the item description page.
The theme is fully customizable and there is no need to clear browser's cache each time unless you have some caching plugin or server cache. Unfortunately, you haven't provided us with access details to your admin panel, so we had no chance to assist you.
Besides, there is only one page builder in the theme - Visual Composer. Essential grid is used for galleries and grids and could be replaced with the default galleries from VC. Feel free to deactivate the plugins you are not going to use.
All the refund requests go through the Envato request form. Please except the reply shortly.
The support team is fantastic, for being in opposite time zones they make a true effort to get things resolved in a reasonable time.
Anyone I have dealt with has gone above and beyond for me, and the theme itself is fantastic
