Where can I get Dante Framework? I deleted it by accident and its not on the website.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS THEME! These guys are done with upgrading and supporting its development!

I guess I’ll try here since the support ticket system seems to be ignored. This has been one of my favorite most versatile themes for the last 6+ years. Support was always super fast and responsive, and they would always help customers with custom CSS if possible.

I just had an issue come up that I needed help with, so I renewed my support at the beginning of June. There was an issue between Theme Forest and SwiftIdeas at first so I emailed them. 2 weeks later I get this from them:

Hey there,

Apologies for the delay – i’ve just checked and it has re-verified successfully now.

Please let us know how we can be of assistance.

Ed

I replied with a thank you as well as the issue I needed help with… NOTHING! Now I’ve probably submitted 8-10 support requests using their support form and not one reply from them or the 2-3 direct emails to Ed. Are they out of business? If so, then why are they still on Theme Forest??

Hello? Help please…

Ed got back to me and assisted with CSS to fix my issue. I’m back to loving this developer. Dante has been one of the most versatile themes I’ve ever built with.

I can see that this theme has not been updated in several Years! and also the supporting plugin – The Swift Framework.

I can also see that your “Official Support” page link now returns a 404!

I have also tried to reach out to you guys at hello@swiftideas.com for an answer, but got no response.

Can you please confirm if this Theme and the Swift framework are going to be upgraded/maintained or not?

As I am seeing other similar questions asked here… and your lack of response to them… I assume this is going to be abandoned?

When will their be a new update? The last update was August 2020. Its now Feb 2023.

Your ‘Text Block (Full Width)’ has stopped work on mobile and just leaves blank space. Yet works on desktop. This has completely messed with this medical website. When will this update happen? Or are you stopping all support on this? Please be honest so we can buy another theme asap if this issue will not be fixed.

Hello Swiftideas team, can you give us information regarding your support? You don’t answer any comments, the support website is down and e-mails are not answered either – not even if you have purchased premium support. We would be happy to receive information on this. Thanks very much!

Is there a more recent update of t he module for compatability with PHP 8.1 and the latest WP version available?

Doesn’t actually include Swift Page Builder.

Hi there,

It does – it’s included within the Dante Framework plugin.

Thanks,

Swift Ideas

A couple of years ago I bought the Supreme theme from your organization. Now my hosting company will upgrade the PHP to 8.0/8.1. Testing my 3 websites in the new PHP situation lets me know my sites won’t be able to run anymore. So this means I have to replace the theme for a new theme e.g. I have to build 3 new websites!

Than I remembered Swift Idea also has the Dante theme. So I was wondering if I can simply replace the Supreme theme for the Dante Theme? They look quite similar. Or will Dante also have PHP issues in the near future?

Thank you for your advise.

Hi there,

Yes Dante can replace Supreme, no issues at all and will still be supported.

Swift Ideas

Hello, thank you for your reply. I tried to start a support request. But my purchage code isn’t accepted. I purchaged Dante on 2022-11-09. So I should work. Please let me know wat to do.

The support request is about my problems with creating tabs. I have the same problems as user Interaltin had. “Hi there, I’m new in this theme, and I was using the TABS, but then when save the page, each tabname get duplicated or more the label name, and that freakMeOut so when look at the changes in browser the content doesnt display (or change) the current tab content, how can i fix that?” I have tried creating new tabs several times. They seem to work until I change the title of the tab. I don’t know how to fix it. In the old version of Supreme it worked fine. I have created a testpage. Please let me know how I can send it in a personal message to you.

Thanks for your help.

My client’s site has been running Dante for about 6 years. With every update of WP, Woocommerce and other plugins, errors begin to happen… in particular, the dreaded ‘get_cart_url’ deprecated error.

Site is running the current version of WP (6.0.3) and the latest update of the theme (3.5.25). I have tried replacing the ‘get_cart_url()’ with ‘wc_get_cart_url()’ in sf-woocommerce.php but it’s still throwing errors. Is anyone else experiencing this error?

Hi there got the Dante WP theme back in 2016 and I have been trying to update my website. Every plug in update I have done has seemed to cause issues to work through.

Thought it was all good, but now I cannot access widgets or appearance with the template. I get this error log line about post_content being null:

[06-Aug-2022 22:43:12 UTC] PHP Warning:  Attempt to read property “post_content” on null in /home/quinnbailey/public_html/wp-content/themes/dante/includes/sf-theme-functions.php on line 428

Hi there,

Does this only occur on the widgets admin?

Swift Ideas

Hello Ed! How are you?

I have three new problems… I opened a ticket and attached documents. Please, can you help me? There are only 21 days left until the theme support ends. Thank you friend.

Hi Tesoni,

Good thanks and you? Just replying now!

Thanks,

Swift Ideas

I’ve purchased an extended 6 months support but when I try and access support it says ‘You must have valid license in order to access support.’ I have a very urgent support request so please could you take a look ASAP? Thanks

We have responded to your support request!

Thanks,

Swift Ideas

I have just updated to the latest version of the theme (also updated all plugins and Wordpress) however the site logo has disappeared and I can’t get it back?

We have responded to your support request!

Thanks,

Swift Ideas

Hi, I’ve got the same issue again but can’t find the original response. Please could you re-advise.

Hi there,

The issue was resolved by going to Appearance > Customise > Site Identity and checking it’s set correctly there, then clearing browser cache.

Swift Ideas

Hello Ed. My purchase code is being declined from support. 60 days of support left. Please could you check it? Thank you.

Well, I tried sending another support request. Thank you.

Looking now!

Thanks,

Swift Ideas

Hi, is the theme compatible with WordPress 6.0?

Hi there,

Yes it is.

Thanks,

Swift Ideas

Hello there!

I’m trying to fix a site that another designer did. I have a question for you:

I have a page where I have several “shop products” widgets for the different categories of food that they have. My client wants the products in each widget to be displayed in a specific order. Can I do this? Because the “asset type” select does not include a “manual order” option.

Thanks!

Hi there,

Apologies for the delay – we are looking at adding this option as of the next update.

Thanks,

Swift Ideas

Hello friend, could you answer the support requests please? You told me not to ask here too, but you stopped answering my support requests.

1 – The products section (portfolio) in the frontend is configured in order of importance in the backend, but it doesn’t work. It assumes alphabetical order of the images and product names. Image attached.

2 – In the portfolio page, only the titles (product names) assumed the order of importance of the products, but the images continue in alphabetical order. Image attached.

Best Wishes

Replying now, apologies for the delay! Please give us patience, as there was national holidays this week.

Thanks,

Swift Ideas
