I just tried several times to import theme Options (txt content)
but it didn’t work
Do you have any idea why is it?
or shall I do import via phpadmin ?
Did you import that in the theme options > import panel? The txt file?
yeah, theme options > import / export > import from file, and I click it, paste the content, then click import, but it didn’t work
Do you get any errors? Just to confirm, the file you are trying to import there is the content within dante_theme-options.txt ?
nothing errors, and I’m sure my operation is correct? just didn’t work after click “import”

this is not something support, it means google map just made new policy which need you to update theme in google Map api. So I can do nothing but only waiting for your next theme update

I don’t receive update notification anymore for new version of a theme. And I upload it manually, website breaks. Please let me know what is the issue.
If you don’t have an auto-update available anymore, it will be because your theme wasn’t updated consistently, and will need to be manually updated. What breaks when you update? I’d suggest removing the old theme, and reinstalling the latest version.

I’ve received an update for this theme, normally I can install / update it via Wordpress plugin / theme update. But now I have to manually do it. Should I just import this via Wordpress import? And will it not delete all my previous modifies? Kind regards

Hi there, I have been having issues since the latest update, my website homepage link (http://varrojoanna.com/) is broken and nobody can access my website properly now. hi again, the funny thing is that it only does that on the page that i select to be the front page. I set up a new page and it all looks fine, as soon as i select that page to be the front page it adds the ””.

Currently there isn’t an option to set the number of products per page, although we’ll try and add that as an option. You’d need to add code to a child theme functions.php file:
add_filter( 'loop_shop_per_page', create_function( '$cols', 'return 12;' ), 20 );
Where 12, is the number of products per page. Hope that helps.

It should only take a matter of minutes, if that. Please can you make sure that you are uploading the “dante.zip” file within the “Theme Files” folder, as per our documentation?

You can use whatever size you like. The size is set in the WooCommerce settings. It can be landscape, portrait, or square – it gives you the option to set your own image width / height.

Ever since upgrading new wordpress update, I have lost all rev slider’s, Portfolio images, post mp3 files that were once attached in each post, images, and more. They all appear to be there but the images actually don’t show up.

i got a little issue with the full video short code, if i choose the full width page layout it works perfectly, but i would like to work with the boxed page layout, but in the boxed layout the full video button doesn’t work perfectly:

The issue is the page isn’t valid, it is meant to be outside of the boxed container. Can you please email us via http://themeforest.net/user/SwiftIdeas and we’ll send over a new theme zip which should resolve it.
