Hello, I have a problem for the projects section, I can’t edit with WPBakery Page Builder but only in html with standard view of Wordpress. I followed the guide but I can’t find what I need to enable in order to use WPBakery in the Projects section. Thanks
Hello, most likely you did not set the checkbox in the WP plugin settings
In order to use WPBakery in full, you need to go to the corresponding Wpbakery tab in the admin panel – > General Settings. Here you should go to the second tab ” Manage roles” and set an arbitrary record type. Check the box on both pages and posts. Save your changes.
In addition, do not forget that the editing takes place in the backend editor.

There is another problem with Authors block. The last Data Repeat the 3th data name. Example:

I saw the theme resize an uploaded image to show in the site. For example, if I upload an 2000z3000 image, finally, I download the image from the site and I saw the image is 1123x…
You should view the options for changing images in the WP Bakery settings. This is the best practice. Be sure to pay attention to the settings of the blocks themselves, they have their own standard borders that you can adjust. Video blocks do not play audio in a thumbnail, but enable it in full-screen mode.
If you don’t have enough of these blocks, try using the standard WPBackery blocks and plugins-extensions for it.
