Hi!

We have updated the delicate theme to the most current version and the dashboard options no longer work – you can’t click the buttons or change any of the options(i.e. social links, buddha bar items, etc.) – you click on them and they are unresponsive. We’ve tried in firefox and chrome.

Can you please let us know how to get this looked into?

The Visual composer page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

The theme has a conflict with the new Revolution Slider version. This is actually an issue that happened about a year ago from an update that y’all had to fix for us back then – seems to be the same issue.

The Text Color and Background Color Pickers don’t work properly with Delicate anymore.

The purpose of demo content import, we have used the “Unyson” plug-in to import the demo contents.

Before installing the theme or demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.

After Install the theme, you can simply activate the theme in dashboard > Appearance > Themes, here just click the “Activate” button to activate the theme. Then the notification message will appear in your dashboard for install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins.

After Install and activate the theme and plugin files, Please follow the instructions in the below knowledge base link for installing the demo contents using the Unyson plugin.

Hi!

We have a few issues with the theme we need help sorting.

1. Update Breaks Theme

We tried updating the theme to the latest version, and it breaks all of the short codes. We had to revert back because everything just breaks. Here is a screenshot of the Homepage showing what happens:

2. Revolution Slider Conflicts

The theme has conflicts with the new Revolution Slider version. We confirmed this by switching to the default WordPress Theme, and the issues resolve. One issue is that the Background Color Picker doesn’t work properly with Delicate. It has a conflict even when we had the Delicate Theme temporarily updated. Here is a screenshot of the Rev Slider feature we mean:

Is there a way to have the right sidebar as a default for all posts?

Import Dummy data button not working

Kindly note we have used unyson plugin only for demo content import not for the other addons if you use them (Brizy , page builder, WordPress Shortcodes, Sliders, Events and so on) it will affect the core builder files and Visual Composer modules.

So kindly deactivate all other extension from unyson and deactivate the plugin after import the demo content.

Hi Team, I bought Delicate theme 3 years ago and everything worked fine until recently. Suddenly, none of the accordians will open/toggle on any of the pages. The theme is up to date 2.6. I have not added any plugins – only the few that came with the theme and have made no other changes.

Oops – spoke too soon. Still lost as to where to change the the content for bbar (cantoromarket.com). I see the area in the area in the admin panel, but the shortcodes in the Buddha Bar doesn’t correlate to what is displaying. No doubt something simple that I am missing. Thanks. So far, theme seems to be solid – and will review.
