My site broken recently due to a theme/php issue? any update coming out?

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.
Let me know if this helps or not.

To install wordpress theme, please follow these steps.
1.) After you downloaded file from Themeforest. Do not upload it yet. Extract it!
2.) You will find 6-7 folders and some files inside. You’ll see the file called ‘delicieux.zip’
3.) Upload this file through wp backend.
About support site, I can ensure that the theme is surely in the list. The name should start with ‘[verified] Delicieuc…...’, please try to find carefully.

I am hoping to have search access to all previous support tickets and resolutions for the Delicieux theme. I am trying to resolve several issues that im sure were resolved over the years. Specifically,
- I was not able to replace the Home Page Logo file through Wordpress. It would show a broken image icon within the editor. I had to replace the “default-logo.png” via FTP. What may I have done wrong? - I am able to add Featured Images for Food items, however the Thumbnail image does not work and shows a broken image icon within the editor. - I would like to disable the link to the Food Item that opens a separate page for the food item. - Some Menus using the Food-Menu widget within a page. Specifically the Featured Menu Category that was imported. I have been able to create others that work, but cannot determine why they work versus the Featured Menu.
Searching through previous issue brought up by other could prevent me from submitting some of these issues. I was able to get some information searching through Envato, but many point the user to submit a ticket.

I am using Wordpress 4.9.4. When I install the theme and demo file (xml), the slider din’t appear, do I need to install flexslider plugin manually? There no additional plugins being installed during theme installation, and the sidebar on main page are not appear as well after install the demo file. Is this normal?

I am having issues with the theme not displaying the sidebars correctly. Is this compatible with WP 4.9.2? I tried to file a support ticket but this theme was not showing in the pulldown menu when creating a ticket.
