WPBakery Page Builder key is out of date how do i update
Hi,
When you need to update the WPBakery plugin to the latest version, you just need to Deactivate and Delete the existing plugin and then in your wp-admin panel you will see a notification to install the plugin which you recently removed/deleted. Install and activate that, you are done.

With the Denorious theme, there is no plugin named ‘contact’ or ‘donations’. Those features are built-in and run without any additional plugin. So, I think you should send your site details to the support team to let them check what is going wrong there and help you accordingly. If they fail to help you, please let me know here.

To run the theme on your website there is not special PHP and MySQL requirements. The WordPress has some recommendations though; If you are using latest version of WordPress (currently 5.8.1) you can see the WordPress recommendations for PHP and MySQL from here: https://wordpress.org/download/#download-install
There is no special memory requirements to run the Denorious theme on your site. The PHP memory limit should be minimum 128M when you import the demo data with the 1 click demo import feature of Denorious theme. If you do not import the demo data, you do not need to have that memory limit.

Does the donation form support stripe or just PayPal?
Hi,
Only the WooCommerce shop section of Denorious theme supports PayPal, Stripe and all other WooCommerce supported payment gateways. And Denorious theme got built-in PayPal payment gateway and off-line payment (Bank Transfer) options for Donation Forms. If you need any other payment gateway for donation forms ( sample donation form of Denorious theme can be found here ), you may need to use 3rd party plugins for that.

Hello, I purchased a license about a year ago however, I never published it. I did create a subdomain to work on it.Do I have to purchase another licence to actually publish this theme?

According to the licensing policy of ThemeForest, you can use one license for one website only. If you haven’t used the purchased license in any of your site yet, you can use that purchased license in your new site. You don’t need to purchase another license for that.
You will need another license, only when you want to use the theme in more than 1 websites.

Hi. Does your theme come with a blog section that can be used for News section? Or would that need to be a separate plugin we download and install?
Also is there a limit to the number of main menu items you can fit in the navigation where it shows “Home, About, Events..” in your demos? Or does it start a 2nd row if more than 7 menu items?

Denorious theme does not include any donations manager plugin, events calendar plugin, or any gallery plugin. These features you are seeing in the Live Preview are coming from Denorious theme itself.

We checked again the Denorious theme in our Live Preview and also some other users sites. The problem is not there for any of those users and also not there in the Live Preview. But, we can assure you that if we get similar complain from other users, we will of course check again deeply and update the theme accordingly.

This doesn’t work. It still re-installs the old version. And when I try to do this by validating my theme to obtain the latest version, that doesn’t install either. It says the destination folder already exists. This is after I have deactivated and deleted WPBakery
I have just successfully installed the theme but it immediately sent my website into crisis. My site is said to be experiencing technical difficulties. This is immediately after activating the updated plugin.
