Got this theme a long while ago for a dentist, Ive been updating the site a couple of time, however the framework is just such a pain in the ass, it really lacks behind other major themes here. Editing a page could be way faster if there was a visual editor or simply a better editor than the one is being used now.
It makes working on pages slower, a lot of times I just need to save and check the page what the effect is. Hopefully in the future updates the page editor will be more 21st century like, you can get the work done with the current editor, but it feels like the old time (Im talking about shortcodes and first versions of wp bakery).

Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to hear you are not fully happy with our theme. However, the page builder comes with a live editor, making editing pages much faster than in standard mode. Maybe you missed the live edit button on top of the editor?
If not the only one, must be one of the best Dental Office Themes available in the market.

Good & Clean Theme
Great and easy to use design. Customer support is the best I have dealt with out of the 15 themes I've purchased - they responded to my support tickets in less than 6 hours. Very impressed!

Many thanks for the theme. However, majority of the font awesome icons are not available, such as fa-tooth and the icons mentioned here https://fontawesome.com/icons/teeth
Is the font awesome version old? How can we get these up to date fonts from within the theme.

These icons are part of the SiteOrigin Widget Bundle and they are updating the library regulary. I checked on my installation and the icons you are mentioning are there.
So first check if your Widget Bundle is up to date. Then when you select Font Awesome, choose the "Solid" collection and search for "teeth" or "tooth" (without the fa- prefix).
If you need further help with this, please open a ticket on https://support.orionthemes.com so we can send you screenshots and provide help with the issue.
This is a fantastic theme. I've been using it for over 2 years and it serves my business really well. Also, the guys go above and beyond to provide an amazing support.

Overall the theme is extremely easy to work with and it has a lot of awesome features. But the Customer Support is by far the best I have ever experienced. A few times issues occured on my website. After submitting a ticket it sometimes takes minutes to get a super elaborated answer with helpful links, instructions and descriptions.
If every Customer Support would be like OrionThemes's no one would have any issues. Keep up the great work and thank you again for your support everytime within minutes.
