How can we use this theme for RTL? Do I need to install any plugin or does this theme admin panel have option to convert to RTL? Kindly advice.

All you need to do is set RTL based language in your WordPress settings.
If you imported one of our demos, you will have to change the layouts on your own by rearranging them accordingly (move the static page elements from left to right and vice versa. Menus, widgets and text alignment will change automatically once you switch to RTL based language).

The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default. On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on a per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice the Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have a logo related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it caused the problem. Try removing logo related overrides on pages with issues.

Thank you very much for your response. Your theme is really great. But I’m facing a couple of issues while using it. I can’t translate the blog page’s posts into my native language because there hasn’t been an extension provided for configuring the theme. Also, there is “bold themes” with your name and logo at the bottom of all blog posts. These are the problems I’m experiencing for now. Is there a place where I can make general theme settings?

Please make sure that you are running the same version of the theme and DentiCare plugin – 1.3.1 – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/denticare-changelog.txt
Also, please make sure to purge the cache if you are using caching plugin or some other sort of server side cache.
Also, please clear the browser cache prior to testing – the issue, from your description is probably caused by JavaScript exceptions which can be caused by the old version of JavaScript libraries used in the theme.

In order to place the widgets in the header aligned with the menu, you can place them in Heade Menu Widgets area on Appearance > Widgets. You can use Custom HTML widget to place your specific html code.

Please try the following:
1. Add custom class to columns you want to have the border radius – for example mycolumn (you can do that by editing the column in bold builder, custom tab)
2. Add the following code as Additional CSS (Appearance > Customize):

overflow: hidden;
}
It should do the trick.

We have tested the theme on several android devices / browsers and were not able to recreate the issue. Also, please note that the theme does not control the telephone mode in any way, so the issue is most likely caused by the specific device settings.

Related to the mobile logo – you have the following custom CSS added either in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, on page related Custom CSS field or using some other third party plugin:

This needs either to be removed or modified using media query so it is not active on mobile resolutions.

Yes, timeline lite is available with the theme and it supports all features you can see on the theme demo. If you need additional functionality, on top of what is presented on the demo you need to license for the premium version of the Bold Timeline separately.
Sure, when you edit the specific timeline, you can copy the entire timeline element and paste it into the newly created timeline – this will copy all elements contained in the timeline form the initial one into the new one. As I’m building the staging version of my client’s new website I’m facing some small but disturbing issues.
1. Is there a way to decrease the size of the BB Icons in the header logo widgets?
2. I cannot find the setting that usually most of the WP themes have – where I can change the size of the H1 – H6, Paragraph font size. My client wants bigger default font which is 16 px at the moment – I think 18 would be suitable.
3. The text with the default font has proper spacing in between rows. However, that is not the case with the H6 or H5 or H4… Can this be solved – with code or with some plugin or with your direct intervention? I’ve noticed that when copy-pasting from word the format remains and the spacing remains. If that’s the only way I have to manually go and apply changes on every page. 4. Please help how to utilize the best the WhatsApp icon – for clients who are visiting the website to be able to open the WhatsApp application or call the number when pressing the Icon.
The same goes for the office and mobile numbers icons – how to provide the client the option to call when clicking the phone number icon. 5. The responsive menu is generally ok, only one thing bothers my client. The BB logo widgets icons appear center aligned which is little bit confusing or at least not visually acceptable. His wish is to make them from left aligned – to be in one line…
6. Is there a way to adapt the slider images for responsive versions – the same way the titles (headlines) can be changed for responsive version.
Forgive me for so many questions, my clients wishes are priorities and we are already late with publishing the website because some of this issues cannot be fixed by us.

Please adjust the font-size according to your needs and add the custom CSS statements to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
2. In the backend editor, for each of the heading elements you can define the HTML tag used as well as the Custom Font size on each of the elements if the preset sizes do not meet your needs (Font tab)
3. This can be done using Custom CSS as well
The default css related to line height is
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
line-height: 1;
}
You can define the line height per tag by doing the following:
h1 {
line-height: 1 !important;
}
h2 {
line-height: 1 !important;
}
etc..
Please adjust the line-height according to your needs and add the custom CSS statements to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
4. Href=tel: creates the call link. This tells the browser how to use the number. For example, you can add the following url to icons or buttons and they will initiate a telephone dialer:

The solution for this is to add a separate, identical slider in the topmost section with the content optimized for mobile resolutions and then on responsive tab of both sliders to set visibility – the first one to be visible on desktop resolutions and second one to be visible on mobile resolutions.

My client wants Quote format on homepage because of the font size and appearance. He even wanted that type of font size as body font, but as I changed the font size setting in additional CSS I’ve noticed that the quote font changed and decreased into smaller font.

Please edit the slider items in the Page Builder backend editor.
Each slider item has two properties of interest:
1. Background overlay
2. Show background overlay only on resolutions under 992px
Please set the Background Overlay to “No overlay” for all slider items. You can uncheck “Show background overlay only on resolutions under 992px” as well to get the consistent behavior on all resolutions.

Hi there. I’ve purchased these theme twice, for two separate clients. For the second client I have to create new and replace the existing website. I’m doing that by building a staging website. But I faced an issue when installing the demo version. I have overlapping and duplicating of the content on some of the pages. The front page can not be properly edited with Elementor (when I chose to edit with Elementor I don’t have the separate block that build the front page but a code/text.) I’m not sure is the issue coming from conflict between the two themes, the plugins or should I build staging website by deleting everything and than start from scratch. This is the staging version

Denticare theme can not be used with Elementor, Elementor is not supported. You need to edit all of the content using Bold Page Builder.
Related to the duplication of the content, our support team needs to take a closer look at the specific setup so they can pinpoint the issue.

It seems that the staging website inherits the content and the structure from the mother website https://ndc-arbeitsmedizin.de/ (in this case the theme Astra, and is using plugins such as Elementor). I’ve noticed in your documentation guideline that the best practice is to start with fresh WordPress installation or use WordPress Database Reset plugin to clear your WordPress instance of previously existing content. So I’ll use the WordPress Database Reset plugin to clear the WordPress instance of previously existing content.

The referenced message does not help either as it is not explanatory.
Since the users of the theme (including ourselves) do not have issues with the YOAST, perhaps it is specific to your environment.
