Hello, I bought the theme and installed it on WordPress but i cannot make the website use the theme. When i click activate on the theme it does not make any changes.

The WIE demo file can be imported with the Widgets Importer & Exporter plugin. It is a free plugin, this is why it is not bundled with the theme. Our theme includes WP Bakery plugin for content building and it is designed to work with this builder. We do not offer support for Gutenberg. Our demo is not optimized for speed. If you use a tool for image optimization, a caching plugin and a good hosting package, you will get a better score than our demo. All the best.
In the v1.2.10 the Google Maps API key management is not working with the included WPBakery builder. (In other words: Map is not working)

The button in our demo slider has a custom CSS class for smooth scrolling, because it sends to a section in the same page. Most likely you have changed the URL to a different page, so you need to remove the smooth scrolling class. All the best.

For multi-language we recommend WPML. Unfortunately, we do not have RTL support for our products. The theme might function correctly by default, but for RTL we can not guarantee all elements will display correctly on all screen sizes. All the best.

on your demo and in mobile menu (patients>services) the down arrow opens the submenu but also it goes directly to parent lini (patients). it should only open the submenu!

This may be caused by not tapping right on the arrow. Sometimes, it is possible to tap around the arrow and that may cause the page to open. You can try adding some CSS in the Small Devices CSS and Medium Devices CSS fields at Appearance > Customize > Developer Tools > Custom CSS Code to increase the size of the menu arrow.
