RTL version is not properly done just to start with RTL menu show arrow in wring direction, Carousal arrows are showing wrong direction.. It was just looking at template for 30 seconds i noticed these issue. It seems you have simply use direction:RTL to achive this. RTL theme needs a fix. It not professionally done unless you want customers to do it.
