I have been trying to customize this theme on and off for about half a year, always ended disappointed, but still trying, and again not succeeding. Just saw mobile version and I am giving up. Your theme is the worst I have ever worked with. Very disappointed.

It is the worst theme I've ever bought in a decade. A part the bugs, it is not fully customizable as announced, meaning that the additional css is huge and time consuming. It conflicted with WPML and today, silly me, updated the theme and the site broke down. Even tough all customizations are present, it didn't recognize them. Really! Very disappointed.

Please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
Issues can occur if you miss updating the Core plugin, and after you finish the update procedure, make sure that you navigate to Mikado Options > General and click on Save Changes to generate a new dynamic CSS file.
The theme is working correctly on our local installation and it's compatible with WPML.

The theme looks great and has a lot of options incl.. The support team is responding promptly and has always a solution to offer. I didn't know anything about WP or customizing a webpage when I purchased this theme, but with a combination of google, YouTube and the Qode support team, I can say that I am at a good level now. The purchase price was definitely worth it.

Please, note that our theme is completely compatible with the latest WooCommerce version and there is nothing for user's side that should be done. If you are seeing message "outdated files" just check this article where we have explained it.
