I've been waiting for support for more than 1 day, but no answer. I could not install the demo content of the theme, nothing appears on the site homepage other than the logo. I just can't intervene. Worst theme I've ever bought

We are sorry to hear this but please note that our usual response time is within 24 hours. Also, our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

I got lots of wonderful supports from Nada. She always provided right solutions with lots of tech details. Unfortunately, another support guy, who let me try 3-4 times without any investigations (or very low tech skills). I gave 5 star for Nada ONLY.
This theme is one of the worst that I've purchased (I've bought more than 30 themes).
Lots of functions are oudated and has so much errors (in browser console)
The code is not optimized.
I don't recommend it.
Other themes like Avada, Impreza or similar, are more flexibles and best finished.

It is working perfectly fine on our testing installation and since we do not have enough information from here we would kindly ask you to submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help.

Great theme, great design.
This theme is well designed and easy to work with. Theme support was highly responsive, respectful, and willing to provide codes to make small theme adjustments to fit my desired look as needed. Highly recommend!
I like being honest. I had issues with customer support because they didn't recognize that there was a responsiveness issue with the theme and didn't solve it, so I left a 1 star review. After that, I believe that a different person contacted me and was able to fix the issue. So I'm changing my review to 5 stars hoping that this won't happen again.
Excellent template, indeed multi-functional. Super good after-sale support, even regardless of covid tightening. Highly recommended!
