In that case open ticket after extended your support pack , once your site is live. Our technical team will investigate that. We never find any issue. The error comes from wordpress core file. You can update all theme and plugins and disable debug mode and check Try to use 7.2 , if that solve or not Thank you

Hello, as a Envato elements user you do not need to activate theme. If you need activation you can purchase from themeforest. Secondly, from plugin folder you can install plugin and import demos. Please check your status tab any option need to adjust for import. Thank you

After plugin import i made a “manual” import from plugin folder “content.xml”, and still missing demo home 1 and demo home 4.

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience . The problem is related your server. We have tried our best to help you. We have manually clone the site from our server to your server. But after clone it log out us automatically, not sure you have log in at the same time , or your sever restore the old state , auto. We have tried to log in , but not able to do. Our support team asked the cpanel access to reset the password from phpmyadmin. May be you replied when our office is closed. We suggest you to check in other installation or hosting. Because same kind of import system work over 7000+ customer. Only 1% has issue due to server issue. If you send us the cpanel access our team will check at the monring. If you are not ready to wait till than, you can open refund ticket, we will approve that.

I already sent the cpanel access and they replied after few minutes and saying that max 2hours they will fix it. Its been more than 5 hours now. and at least give me the access. the site looking ok. I dont think its a problem with my hosting as what they sent me details and i check on my hosting it meets the requirements. At first they didnt advise me that they will delete me and you can only access the wordpress. At least give me the access so i can check and will decide i need to refund.
