this design is made especially for my needs, it was easy to customized especially with a developer help in the first period, if you are just start to build your video/photographer career it is a great choice.
I am facing so many bugs and issues in development stage.
Support team please help me to fix it out

Hello! Why don't you submit a support request via a ticket system instead of posting 2 star review?
I'm new to WordPress and found this very easy to use and customize. The one problem I had was addressed by support quickly and simply - great theme & team!
I met a lot of personalization concerns such as the impossibility of putting legends on the galleries as well as the sharing of social networks. And the technical service that replied that it was too complicated for them to put this in place ....
I emailed them 3 times as the theme does not allow me to play youtube videos on mobile device and emulator. 10 days after, still no acknowledgement or reply to my email which was posted via their support page (contact us). I would appreciated a FULL refund please.

Hi there! We are really sorry but it sounds really strange. Can you please provide support ticket ID? When you submit a request a ticket is generated automatically. We've checked our tickets and found 0 requests from this user "bizrusonline". You can share your request info (name, email, ticket ID) via a contact form available on our TF profile page https://themeforest.net/user/gt3themes We also do not see any comment on the item page submitted by you.
Good theme but basic lightbox was changed from a fade to a swipe that ruins it for me.

Hello! What bugs are you referring to? Any link to your forum post or support ticket IDs. It sounds really strange, the theme has been sold more than 1400 times and other customers do not complain. Thanks
