Site is breaking when I turn on the CORE Plugin required by the theme. When are you going to update this theme, it’s been a year!!!

Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.

In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

Please note that our developers are constantly working on updates for all our themes. We are always working on our new theme updates, where we are including the latest versions of included plugins or implementing some fixes, but we can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but we hope that update will be available soon.

Please contact us through this email, and include your purchase code in the email, and we will send you the new version of plugin to install it manually.

Hello.. I have a question about the theme. Is it possible to install a theme that is installed in another wordpress, in another wordpress, without changing the settings?

Please note that each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain.

In case you used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation.

Hi, how can I speed up the creation of the progress bar line? If I have 8-10 lines the actual speed is too slow. I did not find any css style to modify for my needs.

Unfortunately, option to set custom speed for progress bar does not exist within the theme. If you want to modify speed differently then you will need to edit our theme files.

The speed of progress bar cannot be adjusted with css. It is necessary to adjust script in core.php file located on this path wp-content\plugins\diefinnhutte-core\assets\js\core.php

The demo content stops importing at 48%. I have tried everything from checking resources to changing the PHP to adjusting the server requirements to deactivating plugins. I could really use your help. The time it has taken for me to get this theme running is taking away from the time I need to populate it.

If you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Hi, just bought the theme. Will there soon be an update to support wp 5.9 and php 8.0?
I suggest also make also a quality check of the theme, I found different typing errors in the demo and in the theme settings – in english. So you can cut a better figure.

Hi, thank you. But til now I do not have issues with widgets. I have only issues with loading/showing images when I am in the middle of a page and click on refresh. All images with intro-animations are not loaded, or better: sometimes yes and sometimes not. It’s the first time that this happens with a new theme to me and so I suppose that it will be the not yet supported wp version.

Thanks for your response.. I follow those steps (Change log) but When i update my theme and plugins I have some issue.. (Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder) i click that, its going to purchase, revolution slider have same problem. so what can i do for this.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

You can also submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the mail, and one of our support agents will provide you with latest versions of bundled plugins.

Hi, I updated my theme but now it gives me the following message:

Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Die Finnhutte Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.

In Die Finnhutte Dashboard it tells me that the copy is activated correctly and only allows me to “Deregister theme”, what do i do?

Question before updating the theme: I have made minor changes to the style_dynamic.css & style_dynamic_responsive.css files (in /assets/css folder); now as I am about to update the theme by replacing all contents of the diefinnhutte folder I see that these two files no longer exist in version 1.8. What would you advise me to do? I guess adding the old files to the new content will not help? Unfortunately I cannot remember which values I altered in these files’ code …

I would appreciate a kind response here as my support has expired!

The style_dynamic.css & style_dynamic_responsive.css are generated from theme options, and you need to create them after the theme update by saving theme options. Maybe you should save modified files somewhere on your desktop, and after you complete the update and generate those files, check the differences, and it’s important to note that in case you saved theme options, they won’t be lost after the theme update. Or you can use a Child theme for further modifications.

If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins and we do recommend creating a backup of the website prior to the update.
