Please note that we are not providing pagination with sorting as it will disturb the view and confuse users. Instead, we recommend to show all projects on one page and provide category sorting so user can view all project (or service) at once and also sort the list. Best regards,

Please note that all theme depends on WordPress functions. So if WordPress provides support for MariaDB and PostgreSQL then yes, our theme also supports both.
So basically you need to find if WordPress supports MariaDB and PostgreSQL. I studied it and found that MariaDB v10.3 to v10.9 is supported by WordPress. You can see here:https://make.wordpress.org/hosting/handbook/compatibility/
PostgreSQL is officially not supported. But there are unofficial way to use it. You can see this:

The Kirki plugin just released their new version v4.0.3 which has so many bugs. The bug effects our all theme. So we suggest you to revert back to the older version. The steps are very easy and it just takes 1 minute to solve the issue. We created video for the steps. Please see this video:

It looks like you are trying to install theme package as theme. There are two type of zip available to download. The first is theme full package and the second is theme zip file.
The theme full package contains document, license, child theme and main theme file. I think you are trying to install this zip file. So this error appears.

WOW, great theme. We’re almost done but somehow the body of the contact page is blank. Short of standing up a quick sandbox on a test URL and copying and pasting, is there another way to import just one page? Thanks! Other then that little glitch, this theme has been amazing to work with!

Your theme is great but your ticketing system sucks. It allowed me to open a ticket as a guest user, but I need to create an account to actually see your response. Which I can’t, because that email is taken. Can someone just email me please.

It looks like your email service is not receiving email or moved it to Spam folder. Make sure you check again.
Also ticket contains private information like your site login details or passwords so you (or others too) cannot see ticket without authentication. So you must login to check your tickets.
Also yes anyone can open ticket and than communicate with email. You just need to reply our email so our email system will merge your email reply in our support system. But in your case, you didn’t received email. Please be sure that our support system is working perfectly and we just checked it. So we request you to check your email again.
For your ticket, you can email us at contact@designervily.com and we will send you your login details with password so you can check your tickets and replies. Also you can send us your another email address so we will change it so you can receive our reply.

Thanks for pointing this. Actually the Envato Market plugin now need less permission so you just need to check only three options instead of four options.

So now just edit your token and uncheck “Verify purchase you’ve made” option and save it. Than you can use the token again. Let me know if you have any question. if you have any question than you can contact us via our profile email form too.

Sorry for late reply. Also sorry for the support system. I disabled the purchase code verification. Now you can insert your code and create ticket without any error.
For your question, The menu color option is at Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Digicop Options => Menu Options and change in “Main Menu Active Link Color” option.
For other areas, please create a ticket so our team will guide you properly.
