Not happy with my purchase. Firstly had a problem with style sheet missing, now I can’t find the demo import and it looks nothing like the website. Not well documented.

1. The missing stylesheet problem is because you are trying to upload the whole archive. You need to extract the content and upload the file inside the “Uploads” folder.
2. After installing and activating the theme and required plugins you can import the demo content from the theme options > Demo Import tab.

Hello ..actually i am customizing the primary and other others ..as per steps in the documentation first saved all defaults and then changed but none of the colors , header/footer or any other is changing. Also, when i want to add Free Analysis button, even after selected from screen options, i am not getting the Custom CSS option in the menu list. please let me know if i have missed any setup …followed all the steps ..Thank You..

I still can not login to support site – I figured out last issue – but new css issue I am having problems with – on portfolio main page the images are cut off at top – (and bottom?) but I want the top of the image to show and cut off bottom if needed, I tried to change various css items and use developer tools in browser to find the css of items – help much appreciated on this … link https://crushwebdesign.com/portfolio/
Try adding the “spacer/gap” section in visual composer. You can add 50px before the title and 50px below and see how it goes.
I did that but not working – to clarify it is the main portfolio page where I can not get to the individual items in visual composer – I can not find where styled – as you can see with my case study items they can not be cut off at top – here is the page with the issue – https://crushwebdesign.com/portfolio

1. You can add this in the theme options page > Styling > Custom CSS box:

background-color: #ec5646;
}
Change #ec5646 to your desired color code.
2. You need to create your list in MailChimp and replace this url //skat.us7.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=5ef55abee027ce066bca8313c&id=46cd16464a with yours in the dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Footer Sidebar Two > Newsletter widget

Why can’t my ‘Free Analysis’ menu item not boxed and function (turn to a block of blue box) just as in your demo theme? When I added the menu using the megamenu plugin, all the menu items are looking all plain and same way (including the Free Analysis item which looks unique on your demo theme).

You need to edit your desired menu in your dashboard > Appearance > Menus and on the button add this to the CSS Class sd-menu-button
If you can’t see the field named “CSS Class” make sure you enable it from the top right of the page > Screen Options > CSS Classes.
