I bought the theme over a year ago, but I never had the chance to used, now I’m trying to setup a website, but for some reason I can’t make it work.

Many of the users are not using their own Twitter API keys. And it was affecting rest of the sections in the theme. So we have bypassed it, so that it will not affect the other sections. Twitter feeds will work perfectly if the API keys and tokens are set properly as per the documentation. If you have already fixed this issue, no need to update the theme.

There was no documentation in my pack, just images in the ‘Document’ folder. Further, there is nowhere that i can see that i can download it in your support site page.

My problem is the upgrade. I bought and use 1.3 version on my site as i see now we are 1.6 version but there is no any instruction how could i upgrade my version (btw the simple upload or reinstall does not work)

I’ve installed dignity theme in wordpress 4.4.2, but there aren’t short code icons in new page, and a i’ve several problem to create every single page. For example if i try to create new one page theme with YouTube video, footer appear hover the video. In the end all Page Content examples in the demo folder don’t run. Thanks.

Comma is used to separate the content texts. So it cannot be used for displaying.

Images do not appear when I upload them in admin. They upload fine when I check them via FTP.

I’ve got to say the support is really bad for this item… I opened a ticket on the designova support system 14 days ago because the background image doesnt display correctly on some devices and there is text spilling over the edges of the pages on some devices…. They replied and said they have fixed it all but I’ve still got the problems – I’ve sent screen grabs showing the problems, but now no answers even though I’ve upgraded it to urgent rather than low and medium (which is what I started as).... Either you don’t have enough people working in support or they can’t fix it – either way I’m unhappy and my website doesn’t display on android tablets and ipads. Not that great… Thanks…

Unfortunately you are mistaken. Since I posted this comment someone replied telling me that if I didn’t have the device to actually check the display to use an online tool, however if the person had read my ticket and checked the screen grabs he would see it was actually the output from my iPad and iPhone I have issues with.
The issues have absolutely not been resolved and the tickets are still pending (before your reply on here)
I’m considering requesting a refund as clearly people don’t read your tickets fully, nor can they fix the issues with the responsive display. This was advertised as responsive but the main page background is not responsive not are the services section as they overhang the edge of the pages. For you to come on here and say it’s been resolved is simply not true. If you get it resolved and fixed so that it is as advertised then I’ll be happy to comment on here and let the world know it works.
