hello as opposed to the same woocommerce theme https://themeforest.net/item/dimita-electronics-wordpress-theme-for-woocommerce/25549340 this theme developed for shopify in its demo website it does not have the search autocomplete feature or the product comparison tables that the same theme using woocommrce has. does the theme developed for shopify have the exact same functions as the theme developed for woocommerce?

Currently Shopify does not support these features (Compare and search autocomplete).
We will improve the search autocomplete feature in the near future. You can use app for product compare feature.

You will need to edit in theme file to do this It is not available in the Customize theme
