Hi, I am using your theme for a long period with great pleasure. But last weekend I updated the theme on my website and nothing works anymore. I tried deactivating other plugins, clean install etc. but no luck. How to set up the off canvas menu?

Off canvas menu on mobile comes with the default header. For the custom off canvas menu, you can use the Dine block as the off canvas sidebar and button popup open option for the button element.

I love your theme and have been using it for my restaurant for years, a few months ago, out of sudden, the mobile menu (the only hamburger) disappear and I don’t know how to fix. It does seem that on a mobile, the logo in the hoarder is flickering for some reason. Thank you!!!

My client uses Dine and asked me to help solve the problem. Since updating to version 3.3.0.1 the typography of the text slider is very big, the font is changed also and the logo in the head is flickering. For now I deleted the text slider, but the logo is still flickering. There’s no problem with Elementor or WPBakery. They’re 2 different platforms and there’s no conflict. We’re developing Elementor but we still support WPBakery builder normally.
At this moment, I don’t see any problem with the logo. If you still see the problem, please open a PRIVATE ticket at our support desk with your login credentials + the screenshot of your problem, I’ll try to help you further.

So sorry to bother you again, but I tested a lot!
Concerns: different display of Logo and Textslider in Firefox/Chrome/Windows Edge/Safari and also difference in OS… Windows10 or Apple.
For the record.. it has always worked fine and goes wrong after a new update of the template.

The logo in the header flickers on iPhone (Safari) and some Apple OSes. In an Android, the logo does not flicker. On the desktop, the Logo on the customer’s Mac flickers, but not for me on a Mac Monterey. The logo does not flicker on a Windows 10 desktop.
The text slider is neatly in a loop in Chrome (on a Windows 10 desktop) and even if you click on HOME in the menu, the text slider continues to do its job neatly. However… after the update of Dine, the font and font size is changed. In Windows Edge and Firefox, I have to clear the history first to see the slider again. As soon as I click on HOME in the menu, I don’t see the slider and I have to clear history again. I have no idea where to look?

1/ I have checked your logo, there’s no problem at all from my side. I’m using iPhone Safari (even just iPhone 8, and old version) and MacOS too. There’s no problem. Could you please provide me a screencast of flickering?
2/ I see the text slider is not working on your site. I can confirm it’s a theme issue. However, it’s not the problem of the theme update. I think it’s just a coincidence. The issue is caused by body load event. May be Chrome changes the way this event works.
I have updated the plugin to v3.3.1 After 1 day, please go to Dashboard > Dine > Install plugins to update it.
Please let me know if you still have bugs with your site. I’ll try to assist further.

The font size of the text slider I changed from 120 px to 50 px, so on a cellphone it is readable too
I can no longer edit the header on the Home page with the visual editor of WP Bakery, but luckily I can with the Edit Page option.
We have installed a Demo at the start of making the website.
You have also provided us with extra CSS in the beginning when we made the website. It had to do with the date-picker and works like a charm.
The website is fully up to date (also Wordpress 6.0) except for WPBakery

2/ We have just updated WPBakery and Slider Revolution to the latest version.
3/ Not sure why your site doesn’t recognize new version updated. Hmm, in fact “WPBakery Page Builder Addon” is the “Dine Framework” renamed, it’s not a new plugin. However, theoretically you should see it in the Install Plugins list if it’s not the latest version.

Hi there. I am looking to buy this theme as its perfect for what i am looking for. Can you just explain the reservation form. Will i as the owner get the form from the customer letting me know what table they want booked? will the customer also get am email letting them know that they have booked a table? i want more than just an autoresponder. They need to have evidence sent to them to letting them know they have successfully reserved a table for a given day

1/ You’ll be the owner of the form, you own all data and doesn’t depend on any third-party services. You can see all bookings in your backend like list of your posts, your pages..
2/ You’ll be notified by email when someone books. They’ll receive also an email to know that they have booked successfully.
3/ Depending on the context, you may want to confirm the booking manually or automatically (in the your booking settings). For instance, booking is automatically confirmed for party size < 3 persons.
Then correspondingly, there’re 2 types of emails: Your booking is pending or your booking is confirmed.
In short, I think it functions like a comprehensive system you might think about a booking system: email, confirmation, notification.

Thank you for your interest. Yes you were right. The parallax performance on mobile is not smooth as on PC because mobile Javascript works differently form PC and that’s the best parallax can do in mobile. You can disable that parallax effect if you want.

Hi, i know my support time is expired, theme is 100% perfect. I only have one question and hope u can point me to the right direction: in the Image Box VC ELEMENT the subtitle is CURVED on the front-end (every character have a “span” property that makes it curved. Nice effect but… Is there a way to block the transform property for that element and to just have TITLE and SUBTITLE inside the image box normal (inline, 0 degrees inclination I mean), without the “arc” effect? 2/ If you don’t see WPBakery for your posts, please check Dashboard > WPBakery Page Builder Settings > Role Manager and choose Custom for Post types.
3/ It’s recommended to use for backend, though we can still use it for frontend. If you want me to check it, please open a private ticket at http://withemes.ticksy.com/ with your login credentials we’ll help you to check the backend.

I see your site is broken on Chrome as well. It’s broken generally because style.css file couldn’t be loaded. Please ask your hosting provider to check file permission problem on your site that theme file style.css couldn’t be loaded.

Hi, thank you. I don’t believe file permissions is an issue. But I will look into it. As I mentioned, nothing changed except for installing the new theme and child theme. perhaps it is the new WordPress update.
