Every time I try to install the them in Wordpress (in Chrome) I get an error saying “Theme already installed on site” but it clearly has not been installed. Help!

I purchased this item, followed every instruction to install demo content. However all i got was an error. I have tried to reach their support but yet to hear from them.
Kind of loosing patience as i i thought these would be an easy drive.

It did not install theme. ‘The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.’
