I have an urgent question please! The option Pay to Users is activated, however, my users do not have any option how to either convert their points to cash or even send a request for points/cash withdrawal. Please Please help to solve this issue or explain to me where and how to enable users to convert their points into cash? Thanks a lot.

Well no I did not buy the theme yet but i am so much interested in it and it is already in the cart now ready to buy it yet i am trying your website using your own theme test demo and checking everything with the documentation. I do not see anyway how to withdraw points into money and this is the most important point here for me which will be decisive in buying your theme.I need my users to be able to earn points and convert them into money cash…Please explain this in details as this is the last concern to take a decision to buy the theme immediately. Thanks for your hard work and patience.
Oh by the way, I just checked the DISCY application and it is very interesting. I would like to know if i buy the theme, do i have have the application or each one is sold seperately? and shall i buy the theme first or can start with the application? Thanks

We don’t activate it in our demo.
But it works like that:
A – You from admin will add minimum money to can request his money.
B – You from admin will add which points will convert to money, for example, 100 points with $2.
C – The user adds allow to add his PayPal account.
D – The user can request his money when he gets the minimum money and clicks on the request button.
E – When click on the request it will send mail and notification to you.
F – From the admin will see all the requests and all the users to pay for them manually, and when you pay for them will go back to the admin again to click on the paid button.
G – When click on the paid button it will send mail and notification for him to tell him the site paid for you.
H – You can cancel the request and send the mail and notification to the user also.
About the app, we sell it separately and if you want to buy, you need to buy both of them.
Hi dear, I want to ask that, when user click on add post and post editor opens, there is only one option which is publish article, there is no save draft option for users and there is no option for user profile about saved drafts, how can i enable this option? please explain it step by step. Thanks

I want members to upload files such as word, pdf and Excel in the groups they have established. But only images are uploaded in group posts.
You can upload anything from the add media button on the editor.

There are some texts still won’t translate even translating in both WPQA plugin and discy theme.
1) Texts like “Questions”, ‘Answers’, ‘Best Answers’ are translated but won’t change in some parts for example, tabs in user profile section. 2) Some of the texts are missing for example, “user profile”. This can’t be found on both WPQA plugin and discy theme in loco translate.
How can I solve this?

Hello,I have been using this theme for more than years, However last time I had to stop and look for PHP Script alternatives because it seemed like as soon as my site grew it started to slow down and I was thinking that is the nature of wordpress and had to look for PHP script Because of speed.
Now, I had come back to this great theme which is the only one in the market right now, However As soon as I setup everything and optimised speed which is my work/Something I know very well,
Still the theme is getting very slow when users are logged in, In other words, when user is not logged in, the theme is fast given that the speed is optimised with various different techniques and plugins like caching etc.
However, Still I have just one question on my site and yet when admin is logged in or any user is logged in, It gets very very slow, Sort of like bloated theme.
I had disabled most of the features, That i thought were causing this slow down as soon as user logs in, But still the theme is very slow while logged in,
I am using very high speed VPS, that handles larger sites and social media sites with far more features, For instance I hosted full blown Facebook like website from well known php script in codecanyon, and my site runs smoothly.
I am wondering why is this theme getting slow when logged in, and is there anything you could do from this issue, which is the only reason I left it back in the day and is now bothering me ?
I know you are highly skilled dev and genuinely think that you could introduce a way to get the bloat features disabled in the backend to optimise for sped, For instance some of your users might not want to use the points, the groups, the messaging, etc and although i disabled these things, still it is slow.
Please the only thing missing from this theme is focus on the speed.
If you ever introduce alternative solution that is maybe PHP script or add a feature in the backend to disable sitewide functions to get speed up, Most well known themeforest themes even news site themes have a way to manage speed, But seems like you haven’t look into this aspect in your theme and everything is loaded in the backend all at once even after disabling .
Please add a way to shutdown these functions or any other solution to get the speed up.

Can your theme do the job in only one WP installation with two languages at the same time?
Or it must be done in 2 separate WP installations (such as abcd.com/fr and abcd.com/cn)?
