keeps saying ‘must log in to ask question’ i’ve disabled this backend through discussions.
I’ve also gone into the discy settings and enabled ‘Any one can ask question without register’ cleared cache. same thing.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Pay to ask was on, as soon as I turned it off. The guest questions started to work.
Following on from your ‘support expired’ I can see at the top of the dashboard it doesn’t allow me to update the theme unless I have support? Is this true, as far as I’m aware when I purchased it had lifetime updates.
When I go to update, it does not allow me to do so.

Audit with Google PageSpeed Insights shows that the theme is poorly optimized (results around 30-35 points based on a demo sites). Can you provide some example of optimized website built with this theme with better scores and load times or is it like this for every page?

Another question: is it possible for users to see on the side bar the list of topics (category or tags) with ability to click to see only questions related to this topic? I do not see this in the demo homepage

Is it possible to restrict who can create an account (by maybe having a code, or having admin accepting a user creation), and who can ask questions? For instance, if we do not want anyone to be able to participate but only a selected list of users?

Hello I have a question. Is there a way for us to add questions but from fake usernames. In a way to look like the site is full of users but the questions to be asked from me with different username (without making me make NEW USER every single time) for example in admin panel -> Questions -> line asked by USER type what you want…. thanks in advance.

No this is not available, but you can asking without login and add the question with any username and email, not need to register a new user or login.
There is an issue during the sign-up process there is no validation in the Password and Email. It accepts the password of less than 8 characters plus it also accepts the email without @ kindly resolve this issue.
