I was looking forward to buying this item, it looks amazing but because of all the complaints even if they had it at US20 I wouldn’t buy it. The little modifiability and problems of this one I don’t think it’s reliable for the business.

about 2 months ago Flag We have not been able to get the Djo theme to work correctly since purchasing it in Sept, 2021, and have had multiple back and forth emails with John that resolved nothing, unfortunately.

I and my team have tried to be patient, but I have four other WordPress sites and they were all able to be set up in an afternoon. Months later, we still cannot get this site to work correctly, either because this theme is poorly coded or overly complicated (or possibly a mix of both), and we have not been able to move forward with our business because of it. If it wasn’t for the pandemic slowing down our plans I would have had to dump it months ago.

Now, after months of editing and trial-and-error to get the theme to work as it should, when we look to see what will happen if we try and switch themes to move away from Djo nothing matches up with any other WP theme and it looks like we’ll have to do a full tear down and start from scratch, which is disheartening.

I agree with what I now see many others are saying here, and I would also request either immediate support (I already have two open tickets for this) that leads to a final resolution to our satisfaction of our outstanding problems this week, or a full refund for the cost of this theme and it’s “extended support” we purchased. Thank you.

With respect to your comment here, you did actually raise tickets on September and we actually replied to them but there was no reply from you on those tickets. You also did raise a ticket on November and we did reply to it but again there was no reply from you till mid march, of which we just replied to.Your reply did also not include the details we requested.Please share with us the details so that we are in a position to assist.

Second theme from you guys I downloaded today (Hoping the first was a fluke). But this one is also not working. I really would like a refund on both at this point. The Template Kits to download the demo data is not working which renders this theme worthless to use. I would not recomend FoxTheme themes to anyone. Lousy products and documentation.

Hi, I have installed the theme and imported the demo data but it doesnt look as it suppose to, i have checked console and there are JS and CSS error with your theme. As i see, any of your fotx theme URLs are working well, so if this project is dead please refund.

I understand that you don’t include images. However, do you include icons? Also, I have a bunch of media loaded with ’?’ instead of an actual file. What are these?

I don’t see the reply. I don’t know where this ticket is. Do you have a link?

Also themeforest had incorrect email. I’ve updated that. So maybe I didn’t get initial response.

In regards to your ticket, the case here is that images are not included within the demo, whether in the form of icons or demo images due to copyright reasons. Here is a notice about this: https://themeforest.net/item/djo-night-club-and-dj-wordpress/26375103#item-description__notice. You will need to use your own images within the site.

Should you have any additional questions, I would recommend submitting a ticket using the new email.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY Aheto Plugin it is bundled with breaks entire site – Support/info from author is severely lacking and the link to their Documentation isn’t even provided with the download. I had to search through comments to even find that!

They have no business selling themes on this platform as they clearly have NO idea how to code them without breaking sites, let alone have the courtesy to update their crap with working documentation links or provide even an iota of support to those that are giving them money.

Super regret not reading comments before I bought – Hence why I’m leaving this comment to help others from making this mistake and wasting their time with this trash author

The documentation is outdated and once I was able to import the template it is completely broken with html and script errors cant you help with this.
