Good theme with a great number of features for the knowledge base. Had a couple of bugs, which were quickly resolved by the support team.

After spending a little time with the theme I found it unsatisfying. The features are not great. For the same price I got a similar theme with many more features. Also the drag and drop builder is limited and overall I'm just not that happy with it. I feel like I wasted money cause I ended up looking for a better solution.
The customer service is very good, I had some problems to leave the theme as I wanted and they helped me in everything until it was as I needed. Five stars for the communication with the customer.
Documentation very weak, demo version contains broken links, support does not respond to requests.

Fast support
Not happy. :( lots of UI changes with this new update and now there are so many bugs I don't even know where to start.
It's a well created theme without much overhead. The created was very responsive and helpful when I had an issue. Worth the $.
Customer support has a delay but it is OK...

Excellent customer service, I have had some very specific questions about the Docly theme and my personal use case and the author has been extremely helpful with everything I have asked
Overall just a quality WordPress theme, so much functionality, and super user friendly
I would highly recommend this Knowledge Base theme over any others on the market

I have been looking for a documentation theme for a long time. In this area, I find Docly the best I have found so far. It has a great range of functions and an attractive design.
Regarding the documentation of the theme, however, I am also of the opinion that there is still some potential for improvement. The installation was easy, with the customisation I also needed a few hours until everything fit perfectly.
But so far we always have received good support. Feature requests as well as support requests have been implemented/answered quickly. That is the reason why I give 5 stars here.
