Code is not up to par, nothing but problems.

Raised same issues over and again, last time 4 weeks, 1 day ago, replied 5 days after asked for info.

Replied back with said info and it has been 2 weeks, 4 days ago and am still waiting for a reply.

Now I have 5 days left of support, regret spending money on this with the bugs that exist in it and the appalling support.

Very disappointed in this and hurtful that it comes to this.

I'm pretty impressed. Easy to handle. When you understand how it works, you will really enjoy it.

I didn't realize how much of the features are locked behind additional paywalls related to plugins. The theme is hard to customize compared to others I've dealt with, and the documentation is not great. I'm back to looking for a different theme.

Very good theme, forum features are amazing. the only one problem is this theme lacks in community features. impossible to integration with Buddypress and/or youzify without custom work. if you are a compagny and you want a support desk or forums, this is the best theme. if you want to build a more advanced social tools, you should pay a custom work or buy another theme.
