I have never had as many problems with a template than this one...

The documentation SERIOUSLY lacks any sort of real steps to follow. Customization is TOUGH and one has to do the entire steps via custom CSS.

From what I see in their support reviews, the team clearly waits for Support terms to end before they can help out.

Button clicks not response. site freeze and when ı click first time nothing happens. Second time it happens and many faults on the site.

It Support team reply to us within 24 hours. After we sent our WP detail to the support team with our request, the team responses very quickly and fixed the issues in one shot.

Only one star for Customer support - Code quality - Documentation quality - Bugs

The theme looks good but has a lot of bug:

- You can't translate anything with po file
- Portfolio nav is not entire visible when you are logged into WP admin
- Portfolio image info which is available on demo website does not work on latest release and is supposed to be fixed by the theme owner since 10 months
- You can't have your own style.css working on child theme
- Code does not respect formatting guidelines

There is no support and the documentation is very poor. If support were good, all issues would be solved and the rate would be better, but frankly if you are not able to answer to emails for supporting paid items, move to another job.

Normally we try to give support within 24 hours. You sent a mail 7 hours ago and already give bad feedback. You need to understand you are not only one who bought our theme.

for Customizability

I am disappointed by this theme, this is very poorly customizable (at least the customizations I want to make). There is only 1 menu style, but (too many) styles for the portfolio and no documentation ! I had to try them one by one.
And I couldn't manage to create a child theme.
