Hi, One Regular License is for one domain live site. You must to purchase each regular license for each domain live site.
For example:
1 Regular License = 1 Domain site.
2 Regular License = 2 Domain site.
3 Regular License = 3 Domain site.
etc…

Is it possible to make offer minimum amount to save from getting unwanted emails?
Hello, Yes, You can use of the min attributes for that. You can set minimum amount min="100" in input field.

Hi I just purchased this. can you tell me how to add a subject line to the email I receive.. or a way to show what domain this was sent from.. I want to use this for all of my domains I have for sale but the email I receive from the form just has the persons name and email info… no way to tell where the email was sent from..
