Can I use a video with a parallax on the home page?

Hi, The changelog specifies that WPBakery was updated to Ver 6.0.5 back in August 2019 however my version of the latest theme download contains WP Bakery 5.5.4 Why can’t I get the newer version that comes with the theme?

This theme will still work without any issue with latest wordpress version and also on php 8?

the Donald theme has a bug on Statistic Counter/ fun facts

when the first time website load then fun facts come perfect. after you are just up and down show the wrong fun facts figure. I checked on the demo and also my website https://www.bluvian.com/ – I have downloaded from elements.envato.com.

Kindly solve the bug and get release a new update.

Hi I am trying to send you a ticket but for some reason it won’t recognise my support license. I renewed my support for the Donald theme tonight and have tried to send a ticket from your support website but I cannot because I get a popup warning saying I don’t have a current support license.

The issue I am having is: I am using your theme and have an issue I need your help with. When i click on the left hand side menu I am getting a menu ghosting for around half a second above the main content of the page. ​If you were to go here: http://199.167.45.146/~para/wine-shop/ and then clicked on any link, you will see the ghosting menu at the top of the page while the next page loads. Could you please let me know what this is and how to fix?

hello RTL support theme ?

Hi, We noticed on template that with lower resolutions (1280×600) is not working well with “showing” second line of menu. I have kind situation on my service like this https://cl.ly/d68e7b57dccf – the “Portfolio Video popup” is last position, but in the bigger resolution with have two more links “Single layout 1” and “single layout 2”.

In our website we use first menu posiition for dropping menu, but with 10 positions we are still “out” of page.

Can you fix that?

I am having an issue with the custom css and have tried sending you a support ticket, but what you require I cannot provide because i got the theme through Elemts at Envato. how can I cahnge the icon on loading ?

Ik have a problem with changing the color form the Theme. When I’II change the main color form orange to blue it’s not changing the setings.

When you have de Header if you change the picture and you will change the regular text is white and later to orange, how I can change the orange color,. I try it by Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Page >Design option, but the bough they are not working.

Can you give me advice how i can change the orange color in the good way.

Hi! I have a problem with updating WPBakery Page Builder. As I purchased the theme, and the WPBakery page builder comes with it, I don’t think that I need to purchase the licence. Although you have to download the latest version of the WPB page builder in order to be useable for your customers. Without updating, my client’s site can not work properly… Could you help me with it, please? Thanks!
