Customer suppport was insanely bad. I had to contact Envato market to ask if they would please intervene to prod designthemes to provide support. They finally did after attempting to get support for over two weeks.
I think this developer must be worn-out and jaded or has simply become uninterested and spiteful. If the work isn't easy, the feeling is that they will put it off as long as possible.
I ran customer support centers with dozens of agents for several years. If designthemes was one of my agents, s/he would have been fired for repeatedly giving clients the parabolic middle finger. I don't think it was spiteful, it was just a disinterested... "I'm not going to give you time, and instead hope you will just give up and go away."
