Hello, When I resize the window, the Menu Bar goes under the Header Logo before it change to Mobile Menu Icon. This happens when I increase the NavBar Font Size (Customizing > Header Navigation Bar) higher than 12 px.
Please advise how to adjust the setting so Menu convert to Mobil Menu while keeping with NavBar Font Size 18 px. Thank you.

Hi, we figured out at the end. The theme was bypassing the donations, because we had products with similar or the same slags. Basically if we changed something in the cause, the system was creating a new woocommmerce product. After we deleted all extra products, it went back to normal.

Is there a simple way to match donations and what’s reflected on the causes pages? It’s really crazy to go through every single donation…
The causes are not being updated. People donating but the amount on the cause pages are not going up. I’ll email you the credentials, please fix it ASAP.

For the cause with the same slug, WordPress doesn’t allow the post with the same slug, it will render -2 for the new post.

We do reuse the slugs that create a new product. But if the old cause with the same slug was deleted, why does Wordpress still bypass the new cause?
Btw some old causes with the slugs that we didn’t make any changes to, also are not being updated. Please advise.

As I see, the issue from your Google Map API config. If you want to remove the map on single event page. You can remove the source code at file:
/wp-content/themes/noo-dreamer/single-noo_event.php line 178 to 199.

Dumb question. Does the theme need WooCommerce to still function as a donation type theme and just take donations as I’m not selling anything on the site other than just donations?

What plugin do you use for donations? I need to be able to integrate cc payments rather than PayPal (via Authorize.net or WooCommerce). Can I exclude PayPal and offer only cc and offline payments?

We don’t use the 3rd plugin for the donation, this is our theme function. Yes, you can use the WooCommerce payment for the donation. We have supported this feature.

Step 1: Hover into username then choose Download
Step 2: Select “License certificate and purchase code”
Step 3: In Admin Panel, choose Settings, click “NOO Dreamer License”. You will see the message Please enter your license key to enable updates to NOO Dreamer.

Hello—I was able to install the key however after following all instructions, I am still unable to see any of the demo pages. I only see one page which is the “About” page. I’m assuming there are more than one page in this theme? Please advise. I would like to get this site started ASAP as my launch has already been delayed. Thanks.

1. I am trying to figure out why the full width option is not working for me?
There is some random space on the right hand side of the website where the site should stretch across; leaving me only to use “the boxed” option.
2. Also if I wanted a full width photo like your demo, how do I change to that option? I am currently using the slider which is a bit dreadful.
