The Drox Theme is professional and classy. I chose it for its simplicity and affordability. Support is actually EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE. That sounds crazy, but good support for products that are purchased as a download sometimes fall short, which could mean additional costs you did not plan for. Good support is important because most downloaded purchases are more often non-refundable. With that in mind, making buying choices is stressful when you don't have an extensive project budget as a non-profit, which is why reviews are very significant. I never miss reading a review or giving a review, because it is important to recognize, acknowledge and share my experience to help others make informed decisions on how not to waste their hard earned money. Most importantly, being a newbie at this website stuff, it is important that I have the committed product support that was assured me for however, long stipulated and it is timely and actually beneficial before it expires. I am very happy with this theme, the developer, customer support and my new Drox Classic themed, educational website.
