I will ONLY purchase themes from these guys!!! I have never seen such awesome customer support!! My client kept on making unnecessary changes to almost everything offered, and the Design themes team was extremely supportive and understanding!

I have purchased quite a few themes from Themeforest over the years for use on commercial sites.
I have to say that the customer support from WeDesignThemes has been exceptional.
I had an issue with button placement, visibility and styling on the main nav menu and contacted customer support who worked through the issue to a successful conclusion.
Most responses I received in a few hours with the longest wait being 24hrs (although this was only for 2-3 responses from a total of 25 posts for this particular problem).
The theme I was customising has just enough features to allow you to get a public facing website up and running within a very short timeframe. Themes I have previously purchased from other designers, although feature rich, tended to be a bit complicated and more difficult to customise.
Furthermore, many of my initial queries were answered in the knowledgebase of their support portal and form this experience, I'm sure any further issues or customisations I may have will be easily and quickly be resolved by the WeDesignThemes team.

This theme is packed with full of features and it's quality at it's best. There is nothing that you can not do in this theme and it comes packed with many settings which a business can think of using. Documentation is 5 Star. Customization is 5 Star. It is difficult to write all the details but to name a few are, There are many different types of headers and page customization. Forms are very well made and thought through. Adding fields and customizing is easy. Coming from a returning user of wp who have not used wp in over 6 years, this is as good as it gets. Premium Plug-ins used in are one of the best so they have gone all out in making it The Best Theme out there. Theme is classy and modern and I couldn't be more happier that I made a good choice. Star of the show, along with theme itself is their customer support. Distant support is a touchy topic and many tip toe around it. This company does it all and does it with a smile. Very prompt replies, constant communication from the point of download to the finished product, they guided me and helped me in more ways then I was expecting. Hands down I'm not just impressed, I'm delightfully impressed and pleased. Brilliant. I highly recommend this theme and this company and firmly believe that once you speak to them you will understand what quality and support truly means. The theme is top on its own and their support makes the whole process a breeze. I asked few questions, pre-sales and they were answered very efficiently and were explained well. If you are in the market of getting a theme which is Highly customize-able, flexible, optimized for all devices, eCommerce enabled, rich in features and backed by a brilliant customer support, then you can not go wrong with this theme and with the company behind it. Thumbs up on all counts!
