Fast customer support when I had difficulty uploading the theme to Bigcommerce. Will review further once I've had the chance to work in the theme.

This template and author deserves a solid 5 stars. First of all, the template which we used in our Big Commerce store met all of our requirements. Not only was the design spot on, the functionality and page builder compatibility was exactly what we needed.
As with all templates, we needed to tweak it a little and we achieved most of the tweaks ourselves. However, there were a few amendments we simply could to work out so we contacted their support. Support were amazing and very responsive and now the template is perfect.
I would recommend this template or any template by this author without hesitation.
5-stars across all of the options for this rating: Customization, Design Quality, Flexibility, etc.
I want to leave a personal note of thanks for the customer support. If you are considering a BigCommerce theme, I would either choose this one or consider one specifically from this theme author. Just absolutely great to work with and I look forward to other sites using their themes in the future.
