I am very disappointed with the issues in your license for Dynamic XX, apparently when I bought the 21 dollar version the license is properly useless.

I had to use my elements.envato subscription which had a generic license and that worked. We feel that we simply wasted money on this purchase given that it does not work.

Hi there, Two more queries, please. I’ve tried to change the font, both in the editor and HTML but it doesn’t change on the page, nor in Preview.

Additionally, the code is stretching images in mobile in one of the modules but not others. I’ve tried to troubleshoot this by inserting the same images between the modules but only one stretches the images.

hey there, are you able to rearrange the modules? I’ve duplicated modules and want to stack them on top of eachother. I move them but when I hit Preview they revert back to the existing spot, same goes once i save and exit. Thank you

Another question: My emails are getting clipped by Gmail. I’m trying to use 7 of the modules, but the email is being clipped after only 4. Is there a more streamlined code for this template? Or do you have recommendations for how to cut down on code? My email is 200 KB right and it needs to be 102 KB. Can you help? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, in MailChimp I’m not able to move modules around to create a different order of modules in my emails. I don’t always want the same modules next to each other. I managed to move one module, but when I previewed and tested the email, the module moved back to its original place in the template. I can see I can hide and duplicate modules.

Am I doing something wrong? I’m trying to create a flexible, modular template that my colleagues could easily tweak every time they have to send an email—to remove, add and move modules around is a priority for me. Can this template do it? if yes, could you please help me and explain how. Do I do it in MailChimp or in DynamicXX Builder. Any extra help is appreciated. This is my first time buying and using a template.
