That’s a very good question!

I think using the Custom Navigation might help in this situation by using the {{navigation}} helper, this is currently used to show the side bar navigation as well, so the static pages would be added using the navigation admin.

This would be a great feature to be added to Ghost as an API to make it easy to loop only static pages, as there is no way to get only the static pages.
