Why is this error happening?

The design, the layout and the functionality are really impressive. More than these, the customer support service is outstanding. I was having an issue (although it was from my end) and the customer support was really quick and one of their representative (Zubair Jamil) helped me solve the issue very quickly.

Can you please please fix the phone number on top. I have been asking for this fix since. april 10th I have submitted 13 ticket responses asking for the phone number to be fixed. left over code shows up no matter what number you put in. and there isnt even a option to remove it and phone number and email is kinda the most important thing on a site. and it makes it look really really bad for the company. please again please can we just get the number fixed.

I already sent support ticket yesterday but no reply from support yet. If you have this theme working on some domain then you can give me a backup file too to work with. I am disappointed with the purchase yet.

Same issue is faced by other buyer too, I can see that on theme page comments section.

The author might have this theme working somewhere with the demos. So kindly provide me some backup file like all in one working backup file where the demos and plugins are working so that I can upload and work with the theme or else give me refund or top up to buy new theme.

I have read every comment on this theme. You never state in instructions nor in the comments how to change color. I submitted a ticket with out response. I have sat here waiting all day it is now almost 2am with no response. You state you will help people with changing the color even state that changing the color is easy but here I am. I will give another half an hour to see about changing the color and then Ill be buying a new theme that allows you to do a simple task like choose your own colors and request a refund. I think your theme is nice and dynamic but its lacking the most important tool of all the ability to change the simple global colors. I hope to hear from you soon.
