Theme and plugin update
My support for this item has expired. Is the theme compatible with wordpress 5.3 and php 7 and will it be? There has been no update since April 2019, is there an update planned soon?

Contact Form 7 radio buttons and checkboxes are not clickable without ‘use_label_element’ line.
Adding this line or choosing this option when creating radio buttons or checkboxes: http://screencast.com/t/9GssTLClCWQ should solve the issue.

Hello ! Super theme, really perfect! I have a small question concerning the compatibility of the theme with the PHP version. I bought and installed the theme in September 2019. I would like to know how to change the e-mail that receives any messages/inquiries via the contact form on the website. I am currently receiving messages in my personal e-mail but want the messages to go to the company’s email. How can I change this? Is this part of the theme, or is it a Wordpress setting with the e-mail I used to register?

As I can see you are using the code from the demo theme which is displayed correctly on http://eco-nature.cmsmasters.net/. As a problem with icons displaying is a specific one and can’t be replicated on our end, there’s a need for a deeper investigation. Please submit us a personal request here with relevant WordPress and FTP credentials and our support agents will take care of the case.
There is no ready list of icons’ codes that we can offer, but you can easily define needed code by hovering on the icon in the icon list (you can open it in Social icons tab – click on the Choose icon button or in the Icons shortcode settings). Just please add the “cmsms-icon-” prefix to the icon name.
We’d kindly ask you to log in with the account the theme was purchased with, so that we could see “Purchased” and “Supported” tags. Appreciate your understanding.

The current theme version is 1.4.9 and there should be no issues with the theme update.
CMSMasters Contact Form Builder plugin was considered to be obsolete after WordPress 5.5 update and was removed from the theme files. We recommend to use Contact form 7 plugin instead in order to avoid possible issues with the theme functioning.

Please make sure that you add the email address to the Contact form shortcode settings while editing the page with the form.
Don’t forget to add all the fields you used to your Message Composer, as shown on the example screenshot. Just click on all the fields you used save changes. Then message received when contact form is submitted, will include the entered information.
In a case the issue remains actual please contact your hosting provider to find out if the mailing option functions properly for your site. If the mailing option is turned on and functions correctly we kindly advise you to use Contact Form 7 plugin. Our Contact Form uses POP3 or SMTP protocol and the plugin we mentioned – another protocol of sending messages. Some servers do not support our protocol of sending, that’s why we recommend you an external plugin, which is surely compatible with the theme.

As we can see from the error you mentioned you tried to install the whole archive downloaded from Themeforest (with documentation, demo content, etc.) and it isn’t the proper way of the theme installation.
There’s a simple “eco-nature” folder within main archive, that should be uploaded.
Sometimes it happens that due to some server peculiarities there is a need to upload the theme to the server directly.
For correct theme functioning please ensure that your server meets the requirements: PHP version at least 5.6.20, enabled directive “allow_url_fopen”, “FS_METHOD” – “direct” and the following minimum requirements for memory limits:

As to your question – in fact none of the many customers who are using this theme have reported an issue like this. Also we do not see this issue occur on any of our iPads. Please keep in mind that using online services that emulate devices performance does not guarantee exactly correct result. It is always recommended to test on devices rather that emulators, as this is the only way to get authentic experience. We have checked the theme once more today, do not seem to be able to replicate the issue.

Hi Alex , following your advice , I tried my website and demo Econature in a Lenovo tablet 7 inch (600×1024 pixels ) and when fully charged home menu does not work.

Icons sets can be found under Icon, Icon Box, Icon List shortcodes and are also included in other ones (for instance, Button shortcode). To add your custom set of icons you’ll need to follow the instructions we can provide you with. So, let’s begin! First of all you need to create your own set of Fontello icons or use a ready one. Then to upload new set of custom icons please follow the instruction below.
1. Prepare icons in .svg format.
2. Drag the svg file to the highlighted area on http://fontello.com website.
3. Please proceed to the econature/framework/admin/inc/fonts and drag the config.json file to the http://fontello.com website. You can receive error if you’ll drag it from your ftp folder, please note that you need to copy it before on your desktop.
4. Select all icons you need to be used in your theme.
5. Download webfont.
6. Extract the downloaded archive and substitute four files in font folder with the existing files in econature/css/fonts.
7. Open the fontello-codes.css file from the css folder of the downloaded archive and edit cmsms-icon classes changing gap to a point. <ahref=”http://screencast.com/t/zx6ozC8jM”>Please see the screencast.
8. Copy all content from this file and paste it to theme folder/css/fontello.css instead of corresponding lines. Save changes.
9. Copy the config.json file from the downloaded archive and substitute it with the existing one in econature/framework/admin/inc/fonts.
10. Reactivate the theme.

I have a pre-sale questions: Can i sell tickets for the events I create using the woocommerce functionality and the free events calendar plugin, or i would need the pro version of the events calendar plugin? Also, do you think this theme is compatible with bbpress and Ultimate Membership Pro plugins?

As to your questions – You can try to connect events with WooCommerce products (in your case it will be tickets), but there’s also a possibility to use plugins for selling tickets. For instance, WooCommerce Tickets add-on might be helpful. Just please note, that we haven’t checked mentioned plugin and bpress and Ultimate Membership Pro plugins compatibility, that’s why can’t ensure it. And as to the Events Pro plugin – it doesn’t include shop functionality, but extended widget options.

I mean it might be a variant to place simple link to an appropriate “product” (ticket) in event description – but just in case there aren’t many events and it won’t be time-consuming.
