I can’t open the ticket. When I enter the purchase code, it returns a message that it’s invalid. I put the correct purchase code that I received in the license but unfortunately I can’t proceed. Please help me or else cancel my purchase.

Nice theme, well documented, but very poor support, unfortunately. After my each question is one answer: “give us privileges, we’ll check”. Even compilation errors. And when I’ve prepared special account as an answer to this demand, that said: write down the ticket. So two weeks and nothing that could help.
