Nice theme, good price and good customer support.

I had a lot of issues with the support and in the end I had to buy another template to finish my project with WooCommerce. I think the template is good as soon as you don´t want to create an online shop!

I wrote the support several times about the problems with "ECOSHOP - Multipurpose
eCommerce WordPress Theme".

In the end I still had problems with uploading media files thought "Media" in Wordpress. When we turned off the theme, uploading worked perfectly.

Beside this problem I had problem with woocommerce, a lot of
functionalities didn`t work at all. Things like "Add to Cart", "Proceed
to check out" and complete buying process didn`t work.

The support claimed that the problem is my server, but we have 20+ websites on wordpress with almost the same server setup and we never have any issues.

The support has to update the theme support for woocommerce and repair the media upload
problem for new template customers, but I finished my WooCommerce project with another template now and lost my money on this template... And the support here has to be quicker and reply better on the user issues... - Wish you all a great day!
