The theme requires an updated version of WP Bakery as it no longer works in the site with the latest WordPress update to 5.5
WPBakery is the latest version in the market. If it doesn’t work we need to check it out. Please create a support ticket in our site & we’ll check what’s the issue. If there’s something with the latest version of WPBakery then we’ve to wait till the update from the plugin author comes. Still you can create a support ticket so that we can check.

Yes, During any update, we make update all plugins. So, WooCommerce also updated. Please see the change log in the bottom of item details.
Documentation isn’t completed. Your theme option images are all missing. We can’t find where to remove the top bar phone number after leaving it blank on the appearance->headers->topbar . It is still there. It is obviously somewhere else.

Hi there, the installation are showing error because the style.css are missing. I just take the zip file complete and did a upload to install theme. What is wrong?
Hi, Maybe you did not unzip downloaded files. The downloadable file included documentation, demo data etc. So, Please unzip files. Then you will see “Theme files” folder. You need only ecotree_v1.3.2.zip file for installation. Here is a screenshot http://prntscr.com/meph9h

Yes we’ve made the theme by creating a .pot file inside the languages folder so that you can easily translate according to your wish.
We need to extend ecotree’s elements under backend visual composer “by ecotree” tab. Ex. We need to extend “single image” element features. What file would that be located in please?
You’ll find that in vc extension plugin. Under vc elements folder.
Is this template compatible with wpml?
You can use wpml to translate. We provided the translation file but you need to translate with wpml manually. But you can say its compatible.

Please check which PHP version you’re using on your server. If it’s not PHP 5.6 or higher please update your PHP version. We recommend to use PHP 7.2 which is stable. If you’ve already got that & still having issues please provide a wp admin access & ftp access to the below email address:

If you view source you will notice the classes are differently assigned to various things that do not match the template’s css.

There are many bugs that the developers required an FTP login. Since then, nobody has done anything. Just because you reply does not mean the bugs are resolved. Missing credit card logos, lines of code missing to show them, the classes assigned to many elements do not match your demo in many cases, the side bar on the product details page is displayed all the way down the page to the left…just a mess.

As we’ve already told you that we tried to solve. We need ftp access because as you can see in the demo the theme is working perfectly & the sidebar in product page also. It’s you only sir who’s having issue. In this case we’ve to dig down deeply to check what happened with the theme. Without seeing the actual issue we’ll unable to solve it.
And yes we need ftp access in such situation because for debugging we need to do some changes & without ftp we can’t see the code that what happens in there.
Still we’re seeking the ftp access so that we can see what’s going on with the theme.

I have sent our FTP access privately through Theme Region as well as your support email you provided. I can’t do anymore to receive help other than post there all the difficulty we are having. The theme is a brand new install. The credit card images and code were missing to handle Master Card and Discover (that is not an issue we created). We went ahead and created the missing images and corrected the PHP code that did end up fixing the missing Master Card and Discover credit card image handling for payments. That is just one example of one bug.
Hello! The icons came alongside with the theme?
We have used font icons which packs with the theme. But for image icons those are few & you’ll get the image icons which is used in the demo if you import the demo content only.

Ok it seems you’re using PHP version 5.4 which is really lower version to use this theme. There are some deprecated functions for which we recommend to use the latest version of PHP which is 7.2 You can use at least PHP 5.6 or higher to run this theme properly. After this the plugin error will not occur. Thanks
