still learning, but great theme until now and helpfull customer support.
I've purchased nine or 10 licenses of this theme because it's easy to customize, the support is great and the look/feel is professional. As our company grows and we'll need to create additional sites - this will be the go-to theme for sure.
Ed school theme has a user-friendly and beautiful design as well as providing a superior support service. As an amateur webmaster, I have experienced that the customer support system is very helpful to site builders. They respond very quickly to emails. I think this is an essential criterion when choosing a theme on Themeforest. Great thanks to the Aislin team.

After experiencing some functionality problems caused by one of the plugins installed, within a short space of time, the team investigated and came back to me with a solution. That was great customer service. You guys rock.
Images,uploaded to new articles/posts are stored in a monthly folder in the past, and not in the corresponding current month.
Generally nasty attitude and not ready nor willing to help.
Does not appreciate customer feedback and does not accept suggestions for obvious solutions on how to solve glaring misses and shortfalls.

Just another one of your repeated attempts to undermine us. But it won't work, as the theme does not have anything to do with how your WP installation deals with uploads.
