After experiencing some functionality problems caused by one of the plugins installed, within a short space of time, the team investigated and came back to me with a solution. That was great customer service. You guys rock.
Images,uploaded to new articles/posts are stored in a monthly folder in the past, and not in the corresponding current month.
Generally nasty attitude and not ready nor willing to help.
Does not appreciate customer feedback and does not accept suggestions for obvious solutions on how to solve glaring misses and shortfalls.

Just another one of your repeated attempts to undermine us. But it won't work, as the theme does not have anything to do with how your WP installation deals with uploads.

I tried using different caching plugins to speed up the site (this is necessary because the site loads quite slowly). but when you turn on the LazyLoad function, the images on the site do not display\break. Can this be corrected?

Having purchased dozens upon dozens of themes on Themeforest, I've had my fair share of the good, the bad, and the ugly. This is one of the best themes I've purchased because of how flexible it is. I can do pretty much anything I want and it's been flawless thus far. The fact that they don't just integrate Elementor, but make Elementor the star of the show with TONS of options, is amazing. More developers should take this lead.
