An absolute crap. Multiple LMS plugins create a confusion. I asked a question from the registered email id that I used to make the purchase.
In response to the solution, the tech team was asking my Wordpress Admin credentials. Sounds like this show is driven by people who don't know how to resolve the issue.
Instead of checking the purchase code and email in their system, they keep asking me to provide same information.
Asking Wordpress Admin credentials is what shows their lack of ability to diagnose the issue. Complete dumb people.
